I called a well known competitor who i was paying monthly subscription and they couldnt get out until Tuesday. Arthur came out the same day of the call. He was professional courteous, explained and showed me everything that was wrong with my unit and fixed my duct to my bathroom exhaust in the attic. Because of him this company has my loyalty for good.
Have worked with Comfort Authority in the past and have their comfort program. My ac had come to the end after 20 years. Last year I was lucky to have the system rewired by comfort authority and had another year out of it. Gary and Ren worked for 12 getting my system in. A few issues we corrected the next day. Awesome job thank you
The Comfort Authority has been my provider for a/c service and maintenance on two house systems for several years. Their professionalism is way above average and I never hesitate to recommend them to other homeowners. Glenn Sanchez, in particular, is one of the best techs I've had experience with. Great demeanor and above average attention to detail.
Technician Tyson, was on time. Performed job in a professional manner. After job was done, he called me to go over diagnostics and offered solutions. Thank you for a fast and reliable good job.
The technician Ura was excellent, fully explaining what he would be doing and showing me details about my two units.. This is the second time he came to fix an issue and’s I had requested him. He did not leave until he fixed the problem and he had to go to my very uncomfortable crawl space to do it. I recommended…
We found the technician, Glenn, to be very thorough and knowledgeable. He explained in detail , supported by photos, the condition of our duct system and gave us options to move forward and make an informed decision
I’ve been with Comfort Authority almost 6 years now. I pay a little bit every month for peace of mind that if anything goes wrong I’ll get priority service. My tenant texted me this morning that water was leaking through the access hatch in their closet-where the air handler is- it is Saturday and I am out of the country, so I was nervous about getting someone over before the ceiling collapsed! I’m a Comfort Authority maintenance plan member, and they were able to get…

This is the 2 nd time I’ve used this company. Consistently prompt, friendly and professional. Peter repaired the duct work and was wonderful. Claude was the tech who came this time and was so nice and informative. Than you
We had an issue with some seals and Luis came out and took care of everything. Thanks!
My experience with a Comfort Authority has been top-of-the-line service all the way. I told the dispatcher my problem he said they were extremely busy but he would make sure I got my air conditioner repaired today. The repairman showed up at 12:30 pm that same day, just as promised, my air conditioner is running…
