We have been with The Comfort Authority for over 10 years. We have received nothing but exceptional service! Whenever we have had a problem, they have come out the same day or first thing in the morning. When we were searching for a new air-conditioning system, we called many companies and The Comfort Authority was…
The Comfort Authority has been a true leader in customer service, quality work, and professionalism. Their technicians were on time and great with communicating the work that needs to be done. Couldn’t ask for a better experience, great business and great people!!!
We signed up for the comfort plan and Glenn has been great to work with each time we have our included service. Very professional, courtesy, and knowledgeable. They are always very transparant and detail everything they were doing each step of they way. Made us feel very "comfortable" Great Job!

Representative inspected and diagnosed the system. Recommended drain line treatment. In the end we came up with a better drainage option. Thanks for the service, Tison.
Arthur (HVAC) and Valerie (Plumbing) provided great maintenance and inspections.
Alyssa was great in doing the 6 month maintenance on my AC and HVAC. She was professional, kept her booties on inside the house, and explained everything thoroughly. She gave recommendations for potential updates but didn't pressure me.
Valerie was very professional and got the plumbing repaired. She provided estimates for some future work as well. Very appreciated. Thanks Comfort Authority!
Great service. Glenn was on time, thorough, and friendly. AC systems are working great. 100% recommend.
Arthur Vega did an outstanding job providing maintenance to my AC
Glenn and James performed annual a/c and plumbing inspections today. They went over all our systems and gave me a detailed list of recommended improvements without any sales pressure. I can feel confident we’re good ‘til the next visit! Great service as always from The Comfort Authority!
The Comfort Authority has been our ‘go-to’ contractor of choice for maintenance now for 4 years. Our 14 year old Trane unit finally reached the end of it’s operational lifespan yesterday. TCA got us a quote, financing and installation in less than 24 hours. The new unit outperforms the old. We are delighted.…
Ura was the most knowledgeable technician I have had. He was thorough and did a great job
Alyssa did a great job. Would definitely recommend. Had great technical understanding and pleasure to work with.
Excellent job! I use them for my annual service today and Luis did a fantastic job and cleaned the unit perfectly.
Alyssa did a great job with helping to figure out why and how we had a leak from our new AC system drain line. She corrected the issue by actually gluing the joint together where it enters the wall and then did a hot water flush with a vacuum on the exterior, which was able to remove some additional crud from the…
Luis from the Comfort Authority was extremely nice and very thorough. I am impressed with the customer service provided.
Alyssa Lopez was professional and through to make sure the system is working properly and efficiently.
Tison was super quick and professional. He did a great job!

Ura came to our house for our yearly maintenance. He included us in the entire process of evaluating how are system was working. I would like to recognize Luis Menendez with The Comfort Authority for his professionalism, respect for my property, attention to detail, as well as clear and concise explanation of his findings. I've dealt with a lot of AC companies in the Tampa Bay Area and The Comfort Authority and their staff (Luis Mendedez) are…
Great service, even better people Big shoutout to the team at The Comfort Authority! We just replaced an aging AC unit with them (thanks to Luis for the initial inspection, Derek for the help with the planning and design, and Gary & Shiar for the smooth install). It’s such a relief knowing we won’t be sweating it…
Ura was absolutely fantastic. He came to my house, quickly identified exactly what needed fixing, and took care of it efficiently and professionally. I had Luis as my tech today. He was excellent and most thorough. He even noticed my system was missing a surge protector missing from the original installation. Highly recommend him

All my HVAC needs are handled by The Comfort Authority for all my properties. They make it easy and not only do they keep me informed, they do most excellent work.
Nothing but good things to say about The Comfort Authority. They are always punctual, professional and thorough. Luis did a great job and was so tidy the house is probably cleaner now than before he arrived. Highly recommend.
We were new to Florida so we had no idea who the reputable contractors were for AC maintenance. The reviews online included enough narrative that I decided to give them a try. Overall experience has been extremely positive.
Sean did a awesome job. Would highly recommend
Demmar arrived on time, was very professional and knowledgeable in the system. He answered any questions I had and explained the work that he would be preforming. There was an issue regarding one of the UV lights in the airhandler, he performed several diagnostic procedures, determined what the issue was and…
Called for my first service repair under the second year of my service contract. Service was not available until after a 24 hour wait. Not OK with that customer service in this summer heat. I cancelled my contract.
The original installation was great and the first service call was fast and excellent. Susie knew her stuff and got right to the heart of the issue. She showed me what she had to do to get my unit running properly and sold me on a preventative maintenance plan that would have caught this issue earlier. Wonderful…
Great customer service, reliable, Glenn the tech was amazing and explained everything!
