The Comfort Authority

Ura was a delight to work with. He is professional and very thorough in his inspections and maintenance. He explained every step of the process and went over his findings completely.

Very professional service from Rocco , Steve , Valerie ,Frank And William. This was not an easy job dealing with installation of a pump, replacement of main sewer line from house and running new sewer lines from house and in-law apartment as well as unexpected issues involving removal of a septic tank .

Ura was very knowledgeable, respectful, and able to troubleshoot every issue for our AC unit! Friendly, quick service. 5/5

The Comfort Authority has always sent honest technicians. Glenn and Alyssa were professional and friendly. They both explained the process and physically showed us what was going on with our air conditioning units. They offer products, but aren’t pushy, just informative.

We had a great experience with their plumbing team. So we decided to give the AC team a try. Are we glad we did! We were given truly exceptional service. Chase the tech, not only explained everything that was needed to be done in detail, documenting everything with appropriate pictures. His workmanship is as great…

The Comfort Authority has been a true leader in customer service, quality work, and professionalism. Their technicians were on time and great with communicating the work that needs to be done. Couldn’t ask for a better experience, great business and great people!!!
