Always very professional and they take the time to make sure that I understand how the A/C system is working and I understand anything that needs to be done to the air handler or condenser. Rick, Gabrielle, Mike, and James have all been great, and I definitely recommend them. I'm updating this review in 2026. I've…

We had a great experience with their plumbing team. So we decided to give the AC team a try. Are we glad we did! We were given truly exceptional service. We cannot say enough wonderful things about Ura! Our AC motor gave out, and he truly went above and beyond our expectations. He stayed late on a Friday evening and did not stop until the job was completely done. You can immediately tell how passionate he is about his work (and very knowledgeable). He was incredibly…

Rick was very professional and took time to explain everything so I could understand what I needed. He did a great job and didn’t try to oversell me on extra expensive stuff. Wore shoe covers and was respectful of my property and listened to my concerns patiently!

Honest, Fair, and Professional We hired The Comfort Authority back in 2022 to install two new air conditioning units, and they have been fantastic to work with ever since. When we were initially getting quotes, some of the numbers we received from other companies were absolutely out of this world. The Comfort…
Our service tech Ura was extremely detailed and walked us thru the entire appointment setting expectations and solutions to all of our questions. They just secured a new customer. Stellar customer service on all fronts.
I’ve been with Comfort Authority almost 6 years now. I pay a little bit every month for peace of mind that if anything goes wrong I’ll get priority service. I called Sunday, got returned call Monday morning to schedule service. Since AC was out, got same day visit. Luis, the technician, was terrific. He explained…

I can't recommend them enough. 5 ⭐s all the way. Since my fist post, we've replaced our upstairs AC unit now. Same…
The company advertises 24/7 emergency service but that is not the case. I came home after work at 5pm Friday night to find my system not working. I immediately called and left a message through their automated system. I called a second time about an hour later, left another message. Following that, I tried the…

My A/C just stopped working at 8pm the other night and Luis Menendez was here before 12pm the next day. He was nice, took pictures, explained the problem and gave me options for repairing it without being high pressure which I really appreciated because FL in July with an A/C that won’t run is already stressful. My…
