Comfort Authority made good on their promise to correct a problem without charge that I had with my AC. This happened after a routine maintenance check failed to uncover a problem. I would use them again since they take customer satisfaction seriously.
The worked performed was under warranty for parts and labor. So I paid nothing out of pocket. Both the plumbing inspector, Frank, and the A/C inspector, Tyson, were very professional and performed their inspections inside my home using foot covers to protect my flooring. Nelson is a top notch A/C technician. He was very thorough in checking everything with my system to find the issue. He was great and very courteous as well -so much so we asked if he wanted to stay for dinner lol.
Nelson arrived on time and cleaned out the line. The AC still wasn't working and we checked the breaker and Nelson found out that a wire was disconnected from the fuse. Had a great experience with Glenn who came out to inspect my AC after being shut off for 2 days. He went over everything and was very thorough! My only criticism with the company would be the number of calls that were made to me by the dispatch before the appt. Overall though great service.
Had a problem with the Air Handler and Romeo from Comfort Authority came out and ran a number of diagnostics to not only find the problem but also checked to make sure other parts of the system were ok. After identifying the problem, he provided a set of options and walked me through them.
Excellent customer service all around. Explained potential future issues and was not pushy when I said no to extra services (rare in this line of work for them to be so respectful).
