Romeo inspected a vent mildew problem on 8/21/23. Discovered a temperature discrepancy and caulked the boot to the vent. By far the most fair quite for ac in the entire Tampa area. They send you a bio of who is exactly coming out so you know who they are and they are very friendly and professional would recommend to anybody.
On Thanksgiving evening, our AC decided to stop working. The very next morning, The Comport Authority was able to come out and diagnosis the problem and recommend solutions. Billy came out to make sure our AC units were working properly. He did a thorough check and made suggestions for optimal function. He ran into an issue while installing a thermostat however was very quick at fixing the problem.
