Heard about The Elegant Pooch from a friend. We've been pleased with their grooming and boarding services for our small dog for years now. Just picked our dog up again today and he seemed very happy. We also like that we can call and get updates on how our dog is doing during the boarding stays. Very friendly,…
Always pleased with the way Julie cuts Dudley! He looks so handsome today!
Julie is the groomer of our fur baby Claire, she does a excellent job and really loves and cares about the animals she makes look wonderful.
Love Elegant Pooch. Karen is the best. She has always done a great job on my dog Lucky.
I took my long, thick haired Persian cat to The Elegant Pooch for a fur trim, ear cleaning, sanitary shave and nail trim. The pet stylist was Haidyn, and she did an awesome job! I have finally found a professional that knows how to care and handle cats.
Cass did a beautiful job on my Belgian Tervuren. Garth came out looking like a new dog.
Thank you so much Julie for doing such a good job I just love him he looks so cute and adorable I'll be coming back ❤️🌹
Very friendly & professional! Haidyn is the best!!
The staff treats our two dogs as their own. Haden is amazing!
Love the trim and the shaping of her face . Groomer was awesome!
This review is from AMY DAVIS😁 READ ME!!! I’ve been coming here with my naughty girl Misty Blu for all of her 14 years, give or take… probably 12. Anywho, my groomer Karen is not only the most trusted BITEY dog handler, this girl is my dear friend! Very kind and professional staff, for sure. The owner, Corrine,…
They are amazing with Ellie Mae ...exactly what I wanted she looks beautiful
Haley always does a terrific job!
My pup always comes out beautiful! Everyone is so nice. Love it here
Hayden does a great job with my pup. He loves seeing her and keeps him in top shape. Staff is very friendly.
Again, words can’t express the excellent care my dogs get each time with their grooming and overnight stays at Elegant Pooch! Staff is great! Miss Luna and Little Venus always get excellent care and attention! I trust only this place with my dogs.
From start to finish, a wonderful experience! Greeted with smiles and kindness. Right away Cassidy made me feel like my pup was in good hands. Service only took an hour and the finished product was absolutely beautiful. Close attention to detail and a clean polished groom for my Morkie! Rebooked right away. Happy pup and owner!
It was so clean and professional. My senior dog looks great! It was a very pleasant first time experience and our new friend Cassidy is so patient and kind
Hayden is the best groomer! My dog is an adolescent 2 year old German shepherd who is so sweet and well meaning but he's always so excited to see his elegant pooch friends, that he sometimes gets beside himself. All of the staff are so patient and kind and reassure me that he's not a bother.
Elegant Pooch is AMAZING!! Every time I’ve taken my dog to get groomed here they get him out in a record time (1 hour) and he looks so handsome!!! Also, they’re not extremely expensive. My dog is a Yorkshire terrier and for a full groom they charged me about $60. Best dog groomers ever!
They did great with my nervous pup !! She looks beautiful!
Always a great experience getting my dog groomed here. The staff is so professional and nice!!
We Love Karen! She does a great job on our Schnauzer, Bowie. He looks so handsome!. Haley is new to us. She did a really good job on Frances. We LOVE this place!

We were thrilled with the grooming of our Brittany Maggie! Exactly what we asked for and done in less time than expected. Already scheduled next appointment.
Sophie was is desperate need of a spa day. She looks great, our groomer did a wonderful job. Thank you so much.
Cassidy and the fact they don't put my girl in a cage are why I drive Bailey Bleu the Huskypoo into the city for grooming. Everyone is so nice and my little drama queen loves them. Her BFF goes there too!
This was the very first grooming for our puppy, Sophie, and the groomer (Haiyden) was friendly and welcoming. She explained what she would be doing and we couldn’t be happier with the results!
I take my Golden Doodle Louie to have him groomed. They do a Great Job and have a Very Friendly Staff
I take all 3 of my dogs and have been for so many years. Love all the staff there. They treat you and your animals with so much respect. They really care about your animals. Karen is a dog whisperer. One of the dogs is my daughters and she use to take them somewhere in Texas. He hated getting his nails…
Very professional, they did an incredible job. My dog used to be a farm dog, he had huge horrible mats in his fur, he was not groomed properly. He’s now living in the house and moved in with me permanently so needed a good professional groom. AMAZING. First photo is of he before, the others are after. He had a bad…
Always excellent service and results from this team!
Sadie is quite happy!
A great place!
This place is awesome and Haidyn is the best there is! She has been grooming our dog since she was a puppy for 3 years every month and our dog just loves it when its time to go see her. :) Highly recommend for anyone to check out
They always do a very good job with my dogs! Julie is very good with Bella and Maggie. Love this place!!!
I am so very pleased with the Elegant Pooch and Taffi’s visits. She has the best groomer ever. We were there this morning. The first set of pictures was last year. Thanks Hyden 💖💐💖
They were very nice and did s GREAT job cutting Chewy's hair. Will definitely take him back to them the next time he needs his hair cut. They are reasonably priced too.
I was very happy with Ivy’s first visit! Zayda did a great job with her cut. She looks so beautiful.
Always a great experience ❤️. Everyone is so professional and friendly. My dog is a bit of a difficult groom and I appreciate you putting up with her. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

First off, my dog and I love this groomer, the receptionists are awesome and very easy to work with, it’s easy to schedule an appointment even weeks in advance. Karen is amazing and knew exactly how we wanted Winnie’s hair cut, she has a great attitude and is always a joy to see. Everything is quick and seamless.…
Our dog Princess lives her groomer Julie. This has been a great experience for her and she alwsys looks and smells good. Everybody is friendly. We love it here and would recommend Elegant Pooch to all our pet friends.
It only took one hour, just as it has for the past year. I have brought my dog to the Elegant Pooch since she was 3 months old. She is now 3 years old. I was just told that my little dog ( a Havanese ) costs just as much as a Goldendoodle ( large dog). I was surprised, to say the least. I was mystified by the fact…
Harley only went to one groomer since she came into my life. Then out of the blue she quit.. I found you guys online and I have to say Haley did such amazing job on her.. I will start coming here.. thank you for making my baby feel so special 💕
I absolutely love Cassidy and how she takes care of Blondie! She does such an awesome job and I wouldn't take my dog anywhere else. All the ladies there are sweet.
Julie grooms my dog (now dogs), Katie and Abby, and I absolutely love her! She’s kind and gentle with them, especially important since they are seniors. I would highly recommend her!
Haidyn is the best! She is so patient and gentle with my nervous little pup.
Karen did a great job like always. Poe looks great. Worn out as well. lol.
They were warm and friendly. The groomer treated our senior dog like it was her dog. I will always tale our dog here for grooming. Price was very reasonable.
Cassidy always does a great job with my anxious dog! He comes home looking and smelling great! Pricing seems fair and affordable compared to other places we’ve tried or called.
Love bringing my fur babies here. They leave happy and looking exactly like what we ask for. Everyone is friendly and makes me feel safe knowing the “kids” are in great care.
I had a very good experience at The Elegant Pooch. It had been far too long between groomings for my girl and she looked entirely disreputable. They cleaned her up so well! MUCH better than her previous grooming center in East Lansing, who just shaved her down to nothing and then charged double. I highly recommend The Elegant Pooch
Hailey is very patient and kind with my nervous/anxious dog, and they don’t kennel them which is GREAT for my dog, I continue to rebook, and great prices!
I have a miniature golden doodle and I asked specifically for her just to be trimmed and I understood If she had to be cute a bit, but she was completely shaved everywhere and which I didn’t asked for! Then the groomer used the wrong pair of clippers on my dog and cut her not once but three times. Very disappointed…
We have been coming to The Elegant Pooch for almost 18 years and ‘love’ Cory, Karen, Sherri and ALL the crew. Top Drawer Grooming and very personable Staff. Wouldn’t go anywhere else! Alan & Cheryl Kreutzberg, 758 Collingwood Drive, Eadt Lansing, Michigan48823.

Zaeda always does a great job, I think I always spell her name wrong, I don't mean to, but the staff goes out of their way to make sure that u are pleased with their work. 😊
All the staff is great! Worked in a timely manner. My GS seemed very happy to have been in their care. They are very good with communications; they were able to get my dog in ahead of schedule, which worked out great for me! She smelled wonderful after “the works” :)
I take my 2 fur babies here. And the love Hailey. And she does a great job. And they like her. Everyone is so nice.
We’ve been taking our dogs to The Elegant Pooch for many years, and I truly can’t recommend them enough. Cori and Karen have always taken such wonderful care of our fur babies through every stage of life. From energetic puppies to senior dogs. They are kind, patient, and genuinely care about the animals they work…
The experience is fabulous! Our dog Rascal loves to be groomed by Ms. Karen.
My Daisye looks great every time they give her the spa treatment.
I found my groomers at elegant pooch to be very good, speedy and very resonably priced! Very organized company!
I was able to get Muffin in very quickly when I called, next day! Julie did a wonderful job cutting her to how we like it! She looked really good! Staff is very friendly too!
Hayley did a really nice job with my dog, she looks good. My dog even lets Haley trim, not just sand her nails. That is a big deal. She won't let me touch them. Front desk was extremely helpful. Love the free parking. Prices are relatively reasonable as well.
Great folks, they take fantastic care of my baby.
They always do the best work on my pup
Julie gets 5 stars from my dog! She loves her.

Excellent grooming skills. Loves the pups they serve. Franki girl loves the attention she gets here!
The bark brigade is now club cuteness!
They made my dog feel very comfortable. He gets shy in a new environment and they were patient with him. It is the first time I take him there and Haidyn was very gentle and careful with him. I could also stay there and wait for him to be ready.
Awesome care and grooming of my pup!! I also appreciate the suites and no cages!! Hayden was very loving!!
Took both of my dogs in to be groomed they look great very happy with the results
Excellent service. Our dog has never been cleaner!
She looks great and smells great. Very clean quiet place 😌❤️
This is my second time bringing my pup Daisy in! 10/10 service, Staff is super friendly and the atmosphere is really nice as well! Well done and Cassidy does amazing everytime !
The ladies are great with the dogs! You can schedule with consistent groomers, and they remember how you like them to look.
Wonderful job! Took care of our two pups. They are so kind and efficient
I think we may have found our new home/grooming salon. Kayden was amazing and did a beautiful job for our Bear! Thank you EP!!
What I like most about it was I didn't have to wait I scheduled appointment and when I got there they took my dog right back and they did a excellent job
Very friendly and good with my doggie, Toby.
Not only are the groomers good at what they do, they love our pets a s treat them kindly! In addition, the special private rooms are so much nicer than the cages used at other facilities. Have been going there consistently for 7 years. No better place.
I cannot stress enough how AMAZING Haidyn is. I brought my 4 month old poodle mix puppy for his second groom, first time having his face and feet clipped and he was a terror! Despite trying to prepare him for this, he was not a happy camper. Haidyn was so sweet with him the whole time and has the patience of a…
Quick and friendly was done on an hour
Very good place to go for dog grooming and always friendly. Love the groomer
Absolutely wonderful service! They do a great job on my girls. Recommend unreservedly.

Karen does a great job on our dog Piper we our very happy going here!
I have confidence that when I drop off my dog she is going to be treated as if she was their own dog they're grooming. My groomer has always been Haley; and she is an exceptional groomer who listens to what you want done and then achieves that. I had Sadie groomed day before Halloween, and Haley used a safe and…
I cannot express to you how much I love The Elegant Pooch. I work with two amazing groomers Hayden and Karen & they are just the sweetest to my Bambino. I can trust this business to put great detail into their work and I am satisfied with the product every time. My favorite part about the salon is how friendly the…
I brought my 6 month old puppy in for a grooming on the recommendation from my daughter who brings her dog there. Unfortunately, I had 2 not so good experiences at PetSmart so I was a bit nervous as to how it would go. I was very pleased with the cut he received. Everything looked very even and neat and he looked…
They did an amazing job! I can tell Sadie Lou was well taken care of throughout her visit! We will definitely be coming back 😊
