If you want your fur baby well groomed with a gentle hand, this is the place. Monica is wonderful, you can just tell she really cares. Our little hot mess was given The Grand Dog package (full groom), and now he looks like a teddy bear 🧸!! Thank you Monica! We will see you again soon! Before and after pics ❤️
The ladies here are fantastic! They truly love what they do and goodness, they go above and beyond! Thank you for taking care of my elderly babies! They look and feel wonderful!
Today was our first time visiting, and Monica was able to accommodate our extremely anxious, reactive dog. She was very kind, patient, and understanding with him. We were hoping to get even just one of his paws done, but Monica was able to trim all of his nails. We are very grateful for her, and will be recommending her to anyone who is looking!
We love all the girls at the Grand Dog. They take care of our fur babies so well!! We’ve used them for almost a year now and so glad we made the change
“Heather and the staff did a wonderful job with our 2 dogs—one of which had his first grooming ever and was a nervous boy. Both dogs came out sparkly clean, smelling great, and most importantly of all happy. Highly recommend for all of your grooming needs.”
We recently got a puppy, he’s as rambunctious as they come. Monica did an amazing job with him! She made him feel comfortable and confident during the groom. Rigg loves her and we would recommend her 10 times out 10! She’s so calm and patient even with crazy pups. She has a great eye for detail. You can tell she…
Second groom here, love that we have a great option in Newcastle! Everyone is friendly and appointments are always on time. Highly recommend!

We had an awesome experience at The Grand Dog! Casper looks amazing and we will definitely return. We highly recommend Samantha!
I highly recommend Grand Dog to all dog owners. I give 5 stars for wonderful care and grooming. Monica has taken care of both our Maltese dogs.
We have 2 morkies with very different hair types When we picked them both up today from the Grand Dog they were both excited and happy. Where as our little one was usually skittish at the last groomer, which is why we stopped going there. We were told they both did great. I am extremely please with everything and will definitely be returning!
Caring groomer who does a wonderful job with our 3 girls. Highly recommended
They were very kind and patient with my two nervous dogs. Great experience! Will be returning!
Grand Dog always does the best job with our fur girl, Charlie!! She loves going to get her bath and grooming done by the sweet team at Grand Dog! If you’re looking for professional groomers, I highly recommend Grand Dog!!
We could not be happier with Samantha and The Grand Dog! She has taken care of two of our dogs and they've both looked great afterwards. They both have some anxiety, and I appreciate the time she takes to introduce herself and love on them before she begins the grooming process. The online booking is so convenient.…
What a great first visit. The place is set up so nice, and it is really clean. Kirby, our corgi, just went straight back with no reservation. I would highly recommend The Grand Dog!
I loved that you took such good care and were so gentle with our sweet Ariel and Archie will for sure be back!
