Leen and the Heartland Team just finished doing a complete Kitchen remodel for our home. They were all amazing to work with and it came out looking awesome. Also, there was not a change order at the end which meant that the up front research / prep was on target. Great Experience.

Our experience with Tony and his talented team helped us with a kitchen backsplash and a patio. Both were exceptional! The backsplash is a show piece and was constructed quickly, cleanly and with skill. Tony and his teams turned my vision of our patio extension into a dream. I will be using this group for my future projects.

Newly rebuilt deck- we love it! Ruber and Enoc were very meticulous. Love the spindles and cocktail rail. Added about 2" to the existing deck. Hillary was very good in communications, especially since the weather in December was not the best working conditions. Would definitely recommend Heartland for deck building.
We had a leak in the flat roof of our garage (2024) and hired Heartland Builders to fix it. Our main contact was great and seemed to have the knowledge but the workers that showed up were a different story. Craftsmanship was terrible, the original leak was never fixed and we ended up with additional leaks. After the work was done, new leak showed in our garage and later one in our house. All the additional leaks came from holes created by dropped nails that were stepped on by the workers. The workers also fell on the roof several times...not good for a flat roof when they're wearing tool belts. Ended up having to hire a different company to replace the garage roof.

What impressed me most was their ability to combine quality workmanship with efficiency, all while maintaining excellent communication throughout the process. It's rare to find a company that delivers at such a high level in every category.
If you're considering a project and want a builder you can trust to do it right the first time, start with Heartland Builders. They set the standard for professionalism and quality. In fact, they impressed me so much that I honestly wouldn't waste time gathering other bids—they've earned my confidence completely.
Highly recommended!

Update Review 05-18-26: I hired The Heartland Builders to complete another project for me. Let me say. "Five stars for The Heartland Builders! They recently completed a massive transformation on our home, including exterior trim repairs, mortar work around the windows, and a full exterior paint job. They also replaced our front door, completely renovated our kitchen, and installed gorgeous wainscoting up our stairs and in the dining room.Every single project was completed in fine detail. The workers were clean, friendly, and deeply involved in helping us design both the kitchen and the wainscoting layout. Unbelievably, the entire project started and finished exactly on schedule and within budget. I would highly recommend The Heartland Builders if you want a contractor who truly cares about your vision and makes it a reality!"

Heartland Builders just completed our primary bathroom remodel and did an exceptional job. Hilary, the project manager, was in constant contact and was absolutely wonderful- very knowledgeable and offered great design suggestions while remaining mindful of our budget. Carlos and his team were very professional and so hard working. We plan to use Heartland again with future projects and highly recommend them to others.

We had an outstanding experience with Heartland Builders. From the initial quote and consultation, we were impressed by their professionalism. We shared our vision, and they truly exceeded our expectations. Throughout the remodeling of our two bathrooms and various other home improvement projects, we felt like we had a consultant and partner who genuinely cared about our needs. Hilary was exceptional—patient, detail-oriented, and always willing to provide valuable insights. She kept a close eye on the budget, which we greatly appreciated. Our goal was to find a turnkey solution for our home improvements, and Heartland Builders delivered on all fronts. Lenn, Hilary, and their team, including Carlos, did a phenomenal job. They not only executed the work diligently but also made sure to clean up daily, allowing us to remain comfortable during the construction process. We highly recommend their services and have already shared their information with several friends. We’ll definitely be using Heartland Builders for all our future home improvement projects—they are simply the best!
