On a daily basis, my family counts on me and my truck and I rely on JAM to keep it running. All the regular service and random noises - Jason fixes them all and always take the time to explain what’s up and hustle to get me going again as soon as possible.
My experiences here have been positive. They tell you what's up and give you a cost before doing anything. They are easy to communicate with, they take time to explain stuff and answer questions, and don't make you feel silly.

To many great things to say about this place! Looking for a place where you'll be treated with honesty, integrity, and like a person, not just a number? THE JAM AUTO SHOP IS YOUR ANSWER. Jason fixed my truck (2004 Toyota Tacoma) after it was messed up by another shop. Jason and Jo understood and were sympathetic with my situation and my frustration. He quickly diagnosed the truck and had it fixed and running great again. I love my truck, and Jason went the extra mile in helping me out. He'll work on and treat your vehicle as if it's his own. He's patient, honest, meticulous and pays attention to detail. Which is exactly what you want. You can trust them.. They'll make sure it's 100% right before it's done. Best mechanic around hands down. Jason and Jo, Thank you so much! Appreciate your work and your business. I’ve had other repairs done here in the past that went well, and the staff has always been friendly and down to earth. However, because of this experience, I would strongly recommend getting a second opinion before authorizing any major repairs.
