Having to remove a large amount of garbage that my family filled an home with over the years was very overwhelming. Bob Schmidt and his team were very helpful and worked long hours to get the job done. I appreciate their kindness and dedication to get all that was required cleared out,
Alexis and Cody were great getting rid of the items I requested. Very, professional, friendly and helpful about the cost.I will recommend your company. As well as these 2 gentlemen. Thank you.
They overcharged me. I was given one price by an organization that represented him and the price I actually paid was almost double work was average
Bob, Josh and crew were so professional and thorough I would not hesitate to use Junkluggers again. Thanks to them all for helping my family and me deal with a daunting task.
I want to thank The Junkluggers and each one of you who helped us for your awesome work and your professional experience. Luke and Derek thank you so much for your expertise. You guys are wonderful. We had a great experience with your services and the transporting of our furniture from one city to two others cities…
Derrick and Luke were great. We received a quote. We thought we were going to have to wait at least a week or two to get things moved and they were able to do the job that day. They were very professional, careful and pleasant to deal with. We even had the boss, Bob Schmitt carry a double oven down the stairs and…
Used the company twice and they are professional. They give you a timeline and work with your schedule, and adjust to your circumstances.
Great experience! Easy to reach, fairly priced and professional. I would recommend and use again!
They were efficient, courteous and on time. Very pleased with the service. Thanks Chris and Derek.
Junkluggers is a great company to work with. They always show up on time, their rates are reasonable and they do what they say they’re going to do. I’d highly recommend if you have junk sitting around you need removed.
Prompt, friendly, and got the job done! Highly recommend. Thank you, Jenna and Christopher
Chris and Patrick were very professional and helpful. Thank you for helping out the Marines. Strongly recommend
Removal was performed but had a 2 hr time limit wanted to charge for extra time when the crew was removing items were slow
As a Real Estate agent it was wonderful how responsive they were and how quickly they were able to make things happen. I had to call at the last minute and they were able to accommodate. Everyone I talked to or worked with was very nice and professional. From beginning to end all went quickly and smoothly!
Alex and Chris were professional and quick lugging out a huge chest freezer
Based on my collaboration with this team, client needs vary considerably (small or large). My project was on the large side. What I liked most about this team is their ability to adapt, solve the problem. They improvised and got it done within 24 hrs of my call. Also notable that they did so safely. They moved…
Highly recommend. Very professional service, courteous workers, and efficient process to complete our pick up.
Great job removal of our old furniture thanks Chris and pat
Texted for inquiry and right away i got booked. Paid ahead before the services since i wont be available at the time. Picked the appliance on the time frame i was quoted.
I found Junkluggers online when looking for someone to remove of an old refrigerator. I called them on a Saturday afternoon and they were extremely nice and helpful. They were able to have a team out the very next day, provided a quick quote and removed my refrigerator without issue.
Look no further for your cleanup needs! Responsive, reliable company with hardworking, and efficient movers. Luke and Alex D were a pleasure to spend the day with and said yes to everything I asked. Can’t beat that:) thank you
Removed refrigerator. Was able to remove same day.
The people that came out represented the company very well. They were courteous, professional and very clean (They offered to wear booties over their shoes while in the house). We hope the items they took away can be used by someone who does not have so they aren't just thrown in the trash/garbage dump. We…
Called and they came the same day, even called to let me know they were running a little late. Jenna and Domenic were friendly and helpful.
Right on time.
Straightforward and easy to use
Chris & Tre were super professional and fast. A huge help getting stuff out of my house.
I usually don’t write review lol but these guys were professional, nice and helpful..I am going to be calling them again for sure
Setting up appointment was quick and easy. Mike and Tray were an absolute delight to work with. They gave me a reasonable price, worked efficiently given that a few items were located in precarious spots, and ensured that nothing was damaged. Would absolutely refer this company to anyone and would use them again.
This was the second time we used Junkluggers in the last six weeks. We are in the process of downsizing from a 4000 sq ft house. Alex and his crew were simply amazing. Whether it was moving and disassembling a huge king size bedroom set or a very heavy solid oak desk or a precor treadmill…they did it all. We…
Matt and team had to disassemble our old fridge to get it out, and they were patient, professional, neat and friendly the whole time.
Very professional and courteous. Two excellent representatives
Bob and his team were prompt, professional, and knocked out a Herculean task in one day, like they said they would. It took a few more truckloads than they estimated, but they stuck to the quoted cost without an issue. They followed instructions and left the things I needed them to leave. They are a little more…
Thanks to The Junkluggers of Chicago NW Suburbs. The team came right on time and got right to work clearing out garage items after going over the pricing with me. Fast & Efficient. Glad this part of my move went well. Would definitely recommend them!

The removal of my basement refrigerator turned out to be a bigger project than expected and the guys wouldn’t give up - they were great!
On-time, friendly and fair price. They even swept up after. Love that they recycle what they can. Will definitely use them again.
Great service! Moved two refrigerators, big screen TV & other “junk” out of the house as well as hauling it away. Reasonably priced & professional.
From the moment Bob came to our parent's home, he made us feel comfortable and at ease during an incredibly stressful time. Due to medical issues and an out-of-state move, my sister and I needed help cleaning out their home, but didn't just want to toss everything away. We knew there were family pictures throughout…
On time, and the right people for the job showed up. Was done quickly and for the right price. Nice guys and will call again!
Best decision I ever made. I had an entire 4 bedroom home that needed to be emptied, including a basement that had collected over 50 years of "stuff". Their team came in and performed beyond my expectations. This was a huge undertaking and they made it a seamless transaction. I would highly recommend them to anyone.
