I'm really glad I found this shop. Their communication is really excellent in explaining everything. My old mechanics were at Mission Viejo Motors. Since they closed a few years ago I've tried several others. The Mechanic OC is the first one who really makes me feel like a valued customer.

From the beginning the staff was amazing, starting with the inspection of my car. Their honesty which I'm sure like most is highly valued in my book.
