The Refinery Hair Lounge was so responsive and friendly. The place is even more adorable than in the pictures and wonderful service. Dawn knew exactly what to do to make my hair sparkle and make me feel 10 years younger! Her assistant, Zoe was very helpful and kind. Overall, the experience was awesome. So glad to have chosen The Refinery to have my hair done at. Highly recommend. 😊

Audrey did an AMAZING job on my color correction and extensions. I’ve been looking for an extension artist for over 5 years and was continually told no until I met Audrey. We discussed a plan and she was very up front with costs time etc. my color transformation is nothing short of a miracle and we were able to do it in one visit. I cannot recommend Audrey enough and to top it off she makes you feel extremely comfortable in her chair. Wish I could give her 100 stars
