Mark was so nice! He introduced himself, got right to work, kept the areas clean and asked to have the areas check before calling it a day! Reworked any areas I was unsure of without question! The customer really comes first! Thanks so much Mark!!
James and his team provided excellent service- prompt response time to calls, clear explanation of the process, pick up of our rug, delivery once cleaned. Our particular rug was extremely worn, and while no miracles occurred, it came back to us smelling and feeling clean, and it looks nice in our room once more.
