We had a large area rug as well as the 3-piece sectional that sits on top of the rug cleaned on-site the same day. Josh and his partner did a fantastic job juggling all the pieces in order to clean and dry the entire rug before placing it back on our wood floor. The guys were friendly and professional, and both the…

My husband and I are very pleased with the results of the Rug specialists cleaning of our carpets. We had two carpets cleaned and will consider them again when the third carpet needs cleaning. Mark was so nice! He introduced himself, got right to work, kept the areas clean and asked to have the areas check before calling it a day! Reworked any areas I was unsure of without question! The customer really comes first! Thanks so much Mark!!
James and his team provided excellent service- prompt response time to calls, clear explanation of the process, pick up of our rug, delivery once cleaned. Our particular rug was extremely worn, and while no miracles occurred, it came back to us smelling and feeling clean, and it looks nice in our room once more.

I had two Turkish rugs that needed to be cleaned as well as a couch and carpet that needed to be steam cleaned. My Turkush rugs look beautiful now and Josh did an amazing steam cleaning job.
The team at Rug Specialists was great. I submitted a quote request and was called instantly. I was nervous because I have a very delicate rug that’s not supposed to get wet, but I was reassured that their crew worked with these rugs all the time and could handle the job. They showed up the next day to pick it up and…

The Rug Specialist did an excellent job of deep cleaning and repair of my three large area rugs, they look as pretty as when I purchased them. Their great customer service provides pick-up, delivery and placing the rugs! I highly recommend The Rug Specialist.
James and his crew always get my area rug super clean! All of the colors came back to life. I’ve used another company in the past and they never get it super clean like James can get it. Very happy my rug is clean again!

Josh was great getting everything back where it belongs & cleaning the onsite rug. This company is terrific to work with. The pick up & delivery feature is awesome. We will definitely use them again.
The Rug Specialists were very professional and personable. Lots of communication from the drivers who picked up and dropped off my filthy garage-found 10x12 Karastan rug without a hitch. They brought it back looking and smelling so clean, almost like new! Would highly recommend.
