As someone who isn’t from the Memphis area, I found this spa through Google, and I’m so glad I did! I was lucky enough to have Kaye for my facial, and from the moment I walked in, she greeted me with the warmest smile and genuinely amazing hospitality. I’ve had facials from professionals who have been in the industry for over 20 years, and I can confidently say Kaye gave me the best facial I’ve ever had! Her attention to detail, professionalism, and the care she puts into her work are truly unmatched. I live three hours away, and I would genuinely make that drive once a month just to see her. That’s how incredible my experience was! If you’re considering booking with Kaye, DO IT! You won’t regret it. She has officially set the standard for every facial I get moving forward!

I’ve been to Spa Midtown twice now for prenatal massages with Twila, and both times were exactly what I needed. Pregnancy insomnia has been rough, and she helped me relax so completely that I actually fell asleep on the table — much-needed rest. She went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable throughout, adjusting everything to make it work for where I’m at in my pregnancy. I’ve already recommended her to my best friend and my mom. Highly recommend booking with Twila if you need real relief!

This review is long overdue! I have been a client of The Spa Midtown for about 4 years now and cannot recommend their practice and the individual work of Nicole, highly enough! The vibe of the location is really conducive to relaxation and they’ve really worked on thoughtful upgrades over the years while still keeping the charm of the old Midtown home, that the practice resides. I get the gentleman’s facial from Nicole and there really aren’t enough positive adjectives to describe the experience. The benefits being two fold: 1) as an opportunity for her to expertly address my skin at that time and 2) as pure and unfettered relaxation. I literally leave as a puddle, in the best way possible. Nicole has curated a truly magical space to allow me to let go of the stresses of life for that hour and just roll into another world. Nicole is extremely professional and skilled but kind and gentle, with just an incredibly calm demeanor. Her work space is extremely organized and clean and her hands literally work magic. If you’re on the fence about this practice, trust me, make an appointment. You won’t regret it!
