Had them out to try to fix my dryer. They requested that I pay up front, then they weren't able to fix my dryer. That's fine. This business is excellent! We called the day off for an emergency repair on our washer and Adolf was out to help within a very short time. He got the job done in less than 30 minutes and was so kind, helpful and efficient! We will definitely be coming to him again in the future.

Adolph Thompson came and repaired my clogged dishwasher within minutes. He also diagnosed my non functioning garbage disposal and will be replacing it. I have been using Thompson repair for the last a ten years. They are honest, fair pricing and extremely responsive.

Called about an issue with my Whirlpool dryer. Was able to get same day service. Adolphus came out quickly assessed the issue and had the required part with to make the repair. Definitely will use them again.
Mr. Thompson came out today to fix a problem with my Kenmore washer. Even though it was an older model, he fixed with ease and at an excelled price. I have used Thompson's for all of my appliance repairs and I highly recommend them if you want the job done right the 1st time.

Repair man came out and figured out what the problem was, said he had to order the part and would come back to install. He was paid for the service call and part and we never heard from him again. Tried calling voicemail, mailbox full.
