Very good service. Aldolph was wonderful to work with. He is a great service man. Quick, Knowledgeable and did a great job. He "saved the Day" on fixing our Clothes Washer Door. I highly recommend him and will use him again.
Today was my second time utilizing the services of Thompson's Appliance Repair and once again Adolph was phenomenal! He diagnosed and repaired my dryer in a timely and efficient manner. I highly, highly recommend their services if you are in need of Appliance repair!
Phone call was answered promptly and came out that afternoon. Repair was done quickly and professionally. Excellent customer service. Great company to use. Will definitely call again if needed. Definitely fair prices compared to others that were called. Old fashioned trustworthy company and people.
Reliable and knowledgeable about most difficult to fix washers and its parts, that original manufacturer and popular service providers did not want to touch. Determined to provide a solution at affordable cost.
QUALITY APPLIANCE REPAIRS AT A VERY REASONABLE PRICE My family, friends, and neighbors have been using Thompson’s Appliance Repair for over 15 years to repair washers, dryers, refrigerators, microwaves, and ovens. Over the past thirty-years, I have probably used a dozen appliance repair companies as I have lived in…
Prompt response and excellent service. Very knowledgeable, friendly, willing to explain what needed to be done, and professional. I have used Thompson’s Repair three times now and have been very satisfied and grateful for the service each time!
Called about a problem with my washing machine, and after describing the problem, I was told the repair would be more expensive than than purchasing a new unit. I was then given advise on which brands and features to purchase based on my needs and costs. This type of integrity in a service industry, rather than…
My dryer broke and Adolph came out to look at what was going on. There was alot more that needed repairing than we expected. My dryer was a huge fire hazard. Adolph gave us the run down of the repairs in detail. We decided we should just get a new set. I appreciate Adolph's honesty. Instead of trying to get us to…
I've been using Thompson's for a few years now and this past Friday is a good example of why. Most people know that repair companies are slammed and very busy right now so getting them out short notice is difficult. That's where Thompson's is the exception. I have always gotten very fast responses and service…
Very responsive, polite, worked hard and charged half the amount of “Walk in” that other companies do. Fixed it!
Edit: The owner of the company saw this review and called and was so kind and helpful! The guy who came out originally is no longer with the company apparently and didn't leave info on our job. The owner came out right away, installed the part, and gave us a discount on the labor. He was kind and professional, and…
