They came right away!! Fixed problem with dishwasher. No issues!!! Thank you!
team is awesome!
Jay & his technicians are absolutely phenomenal. I manage several rental properties, and Tiger has consistently proven that they deserve an even higher rating that I am able to give. Scheduling is effortless, on time arrival is 100%, the diagnoses of the issues are accurate, and the prices are more than fair. I…

I’ve recommended Tiger Appliance Repair to everyone in my building! This is the second time Alex has helped with our Appliances. He always does an amazing job, is on time and is super friendly. Best appliance repair company around!
Alex was fast and courteous. Did a fantastic job
Really good, Helped me with my dishwasher. They were on time fixed everything and the tech Alex was very well informed
Alex went above and beyond. He came on time and explained what was happening to both our dishwasher and our dryer. He advised “best practices” to ensure once repaired we keep the appliances in top shape. He even repaired a loose cabinet screw for me that I couldn’t reach. Couldn’t recommend Alex and Tiger enough!
Very professional. Only charged the service fee to check out the dishwasher.
Alex and team were very responsive to my request. I recently encountered a leak from my dishwasher. They were able to accommodate me with an appointment within 24 hours. Alberto came on site, assessed the situation and was able to resolve the problem. Appreciate the responsiveness, professionalism and assistance…
Extraordinary customer service and expertise. Alex is the best and has been taking care of multiple different properties for me for years now. Fast, friendly, and fair prices. Great customer service. Can't go wrong.
This is the second time I have used AA Appliance. A happy customer is a repeat customer! I will definalty be using them for any future applience repaire needs.
I am extremely satisfied with the service provided and would defiantly recommend them to my friends and family!
Be aware, this business is a scam - they charge you $100 for a visit call and when they get to your place they spend less than 5 mins and quote you an outrageously high price for repairing your appliance so when you say no they make $100 for doing nothing — in my case I needed it a dishwasher fixed. When the…
Frigidaire assigned this company to repair my dishwasher under warranty, and after three weeks, three visits and multiple cancelled appointments, including one where they brought the wrong part, they simply texted to say that they won't be providing service with no further explanation. Every person I worked with…
They came to diagnose the problem but not correctly charged me 675$ and one day later still leaking and making noise so could not fix it then again they came and said need a new dishwasher but refrigerator problem not solved as yet . So I do need a refund back as nothing was fixed then then the manager on vacation .…
Kevin was polite and efficient; had no issues with the repair process.
The dishwasher at my house was not working properly/ I called several places for service, but none were available. I booked a competitor, who claimed they come out between 6:00 - 8:00, only to have them cancel. I called AA Appliance knowing that work Saturdays. I left a voice message Friday night and their voicemail…
Where do I begin. AA Appliance & Home Services have saved the day for me more times than I can't count. I manage two apartment communities and have to call on AA often. Every time they have delivered. AA their easy to work with always professional and delivered 5 star service everytime. Working with AA has made…
I could not be more pleased to find a responsive and competent company! Alex was amazing, efficient, knowledgeable, and completely unfazed by my dog trying to eat his “drain vacuum” while he worked. This is the kind of company you want to welcome into your home!
Keven was very professional. Asked questions to better help him understand the situation and problem. Very friendly and fast. Identified problem immediately. Great service. Thank you again keven
Keven was able to fix our dishwasher in one day. He identified the problem quickly, was polite, and accommodated our COVID safety requests.
Keven fixed my dishwasher recently. It wound up taking a couple of trips because the issue was more complicated than originally expected, and Keven & his company were responsive in both ordering the replacement parts and coming back out to complete the repair. I'd call them again.
Excellent experience. Jay in scheduling was super helpful. Alex the technician expertly diagnosed the issue and made a good repair. Both gentlemen communicated very well. The 2 tech visits were scheduled without delay and occurred exactly when planned. Thanks, AA!!
Very easy to work with and very helpful.
I've used AA appliances for multiple buildings that I manage. They do an awesome job and are very knowledgeable of their trade.
Keven was great and extremely knowledgeable. Would definitely work with him again on future repair needs.
Keven was great and very entrepreneurial - he went the extra step to find a part that was difficult to locate on his own, was responsive, got the job done well!
Keven easily fixed the dishwasher. He was prompt, efficient and ensured the area was clean after he completed the job. He also wore a mask, which I apprecaited. We will definitely use AA Appliance again.
Steven, was great to work with professional and kept me updated thru the entire process.
Great service, easy to book and work with. Will hire again if needed
Great experience with AA Appliance. Alex was honest, professional, and friendly. Strongly recommend and happy I have a go-to repair team moving forward!
Alex has fixed virtually all of our main appliances and has, each time, managed to come to our place within a day of us calling him. I particularly appreciated him recommending reasonably priced new appliances when ours was beyond repair and him insisting that he not charge us anything for extra time spent on an…
Alex with AA was fantastic at my recent dishwasher repair appointment. Responsive, on time, efficient, friendly, and my dishwasher works good as new. Highly recommend
AA was quick to respond to my quote request and clear when outlining how they could help fix my dishwasher problem. Within a day of contacting them, they were able to swing by and assess the likely cause of my issue within 15 minutes. Since the dishwasher needed a new part, they broke down the cost of the part and…
Alex was very helpful! He was friendly and informative about the work he was doing. He was able to provide information and a referral for some follow up plumbing work that needs to be done. Highly recommend!
I needed a dishwasher repair next day. They were able to accommodate. I took pictures of the leak and they were able bring the part to complete the repair. They are professional, on time and work quickly to get it done. I would definitely use them again.
Alex was very professional and knew exactly what to do to diagnose our problem. He was very efficient and polite….a pleasure to do business with. We would definitely call Alex again.
Alex responded very quickly and was able to fix our dishwasher (door was no longer falling slowly due to a broken spring and a leaky water valve) in a matter of days. He had to secure additional parts but we clear in his communication of what all he needed. Arrived on time and was responsive with questions after…
I contacted Alex last week about my dishwasher that was not working. Alex arrived that same day to check things out. There was a part that he needed to order, but he was back within 3 days and had fixed the dishwasher. This process couldn’t have gone quicker or smoother, will definitely be using him again if a problem arises!
Alex was outstanding. First off, super friendly, personable, respectful of our Condo, and professional. We have an older dishwasher which is leaking and failing to fully drain, and he was able to assess the issue and make a recommendation. I appreciate that his advice was what is best for our needs, not what would…
I have used them before. This company was great. Recently, I had a dishwasher issue. They were very responsive and took ownership of the problem to find a solution. They helped me secure a part that was hard to get and installed it promptly. They made sure that our issue was successfully resolved. I will be using them again in the future.
It’s no fun when your appliances break down, but Alex is the guy to call. He responded to my initial texts within minutes, and he came to the house to service my appliances the very next day. He was also able to talk to me about the repairs and give me estimates, which is very refreshing. It’s annoying when I get a…
A+ for Alex at AA Appliance and Home Services!!! I found Alex on Angie's List, and I completely agree with the exellent reviews he received there. I had 2 broken appliances: a washing machine and a dishwasher. I contacted Alex and he responded very quickly to my voicemail. He was here within 24 hours. Alex respected…
Alex was great! He was available by text to schedule our appointment, diagnosed the issue quickly, and came back the next day to fix our dishwasher. He answered other questions I had about our appliances, and he even recommended that we do a minor repair ourselves to save money. (Hev even sent me a link to buy the part we'd need.) Highly recommend!
