THANK YOU ALEX! This was the serviceman that came to my building. After looking at everything and checking out a few more, he gave me an honest assessment of everything that needed to be done in order to get my dryer back to maximum efficiency. I will follow his instructions and will tackle everything soon.
Alex is terrific and took care of the issue quickly. Thank you
More than fair price, extremely knowledgeable, community focused, pleasant, efficient, and they fit us into their schedule almost immediately.
The only thing I’d say is an estimate (via text?) after accessing the repair. Otherwise the repair was delivered. Thanks.
Alex is a magician. So talented. He can fix whatever he puts his mind to. So happy that my grill is up and running!! Highly recommend Tiger appliance repair!
team is awesome!
Dryer wasn’t heating and technician figured out that the starter had burned out. He figured out how to take apart whole dryer, replace the part and put it back together. He cleaned up after himself and did it all for a reasonable price. I was very happy with the service and have scheduled them for further work on another appliance.
Jay & his technicians are absolutely phenomenal. I manage several rental properties, and Tiger has consistently proven that they deserve an even higher rating that I am able to give. Scheduling is effortless, on time arrival is 100%, the diagnoses of the issues are accurate, and the prices are more than fair. I…
Alex came to fix the dryer at the time stated. He was quick and super nice. He understood the need to remove all lint from the inside of the machine, and educated my landlord on the necessity. Would totally use again.
Responded immediately! Showed up on time and handled the job. Very highly recommend
Alex was very nice and did the job quickly and neatly
Tiger repair provided excellent service. They were on time, very professional and came back promptly as the initial repair wasn’t successful. I would definitely recommend them.
Great communication and on time. Repair was done fairly quick and no problems with dryer after repair.
We’ve used them many times. Honest, knowledgeable. Will give you a straightforward repair/replace assessment. Highly recommend.
Alex did a wonderful job and explained how to maintain our dryer
The crew was timely, professional and got the dryer fixed at a minimal price!
Arrived within the window. Texted 15 min prior. Very knowledgeable. Fixed repair in a timely manner. Peasant and very respectful. Fair pricing. Great job! Wld highly recommend!
AA is my absolute go-to for any and all appliance installations and repairs. Just had another great service experience with them. I needed to have a dryer repaired so I called AA and Jay answer right away. Beyond the quick answer, he was quick to respond via phone and text. He also worked directly with our tenant…
Very Nice and they provided clear explanation of the problem and how to fix.
We've had Tiger Appliance Repair (formerly AA Appliance Repair) come to our home many times to fix our washing machine, dryer, refrigerator, and oven. Each time, the technician has been prompt, polite, and honest about whether it makes sense to fix the issue or to replace the appliance.
Had Sears come to fix my 2 year old dryer after the belt broke, but a few months later (after their service warranty period) it started squeaking. I called Tiger and they were able to come out a few days later and immediately identified the issue, which Sears just missed or ignored. Service was great and the dryer…
I've used them twice in the last few years for repairs and I will keep using them. Friendly, quick and good service.
Alex is very professional, he did everything to make the appliance work.
Alex went above and beyond. He came on time and explained what was happening to both our dishwasher and our dryer. He advised “best practices” to ensure once repaired we keep the appliances in top shape. He even repaired a loose cabinet screw for me that I couldn’t reach. Couldn’t recommend Alex and Tiger enough!
Alex was prompt and professional. At the door at the time he said he would be there. Was considerate of flooring by wearing foot coverings and was appreciative of my pet. Did a great job and the appliances he fixed are working great without any problems. I strongly urge people to use TIGER Appliance for all their home appliance needs.
Alex is good worker, I called he was so friendly and came instantly to me house y review the problem and he fixed. Highly recomendable.
Alex was professional and lovely (and had a trainee with him which is always nice to see). Answered all my questions, gave me great advice and was a pleasure. Will hire again!

Alberto was on time, efficient, knowledgeable, and highly competent! I appreciated his help, and he targeted the problem with my dryer quickly, and was able to fix it fast! I also appreciated Alberto protecting the other equipment, and helping me clean up the dryer ‘debris;’ that was really nice of him, too. I’ve…
Alex and team are responsive, professional, and do a great job of explaining the issues and how to maintain the appliances - or when new ones are needed. Highly recommend these guys!!!
Keven is a great technician! Super knowledgeable, with great customer service. Highly recommend!
My dryer was making a high-pitched ringing noise for weeks. Keven was sent over to diagnose/repair. Oddly the issue stopped occuring the night before he showed up. He was incredibly professional and helpful. He took the time to disassemble the unit and inspect the common causes of this type of issue. He gave great…
My dryer stopped working but I had a hard time finding someone that was able to service my area. I finally called AA Appliance and they reached out within minutes. They were able to accomodate my schedule as I work night shift. They sent out Keven and he reached out letting me know his ETA, which was super helpful.…
Alex and Alberto were early to the appointment and took care of our broken dryer quickly and thoroughly. Very polite and professional and were kind enough to wear masks while in our home. I’d be happy to use AA again when I’m in need of an appliance repair. Thanks guys!
We called on Monday for a dryer repair, Jay took our information and scheduled us for Weds. He was very helpful and we were grateful they could respond that quickly. Kevin called us Weds. in the morning to let us know when he would be onsite and called again to let us know when he was enroute and how long it would…
