Dryer wasn’t heating and technician figured out that the starter had burned out. He figured out how to take apart whole dryer, replace the part and put it back together. He cleaned up after himself and did it all for a reasonable price. I was very happy with the service and have scheduled them for further work on another appliance.

We've had Tiger Appliance Repair (formerly AA Appliance Repair) come to our home many times to fix our washing machine, dryer, refrigerator, and oven. Each time, the technician has been prompt, polite, and honest about whether it makes sense to fix the issue or to replace the appliance.
Had Sears come to fix my 2 year old dryer after the belt broke, but a few months later (after their service warranty period) it started squeaking. Alex went above and beyond. He came on time and explained what was happening to both our dishwasher and our dryer. He advised “best practices” to ensure once repaired we keep the appliances in top shape. He even repaired a loose cabinet screw for me that I couldn’t reach. Couldn’t recommend Alex and Tiger enough!
