Alex was prompt and professional. At the door at the time he said he would be there. Was considerate of flooring by wearing foot coverings and was appreciative of my pet. Did a great job and the appliances he fixed are working great without any problems. I strongly urge people to use TIGER Appliance for all their home appliance needs.
They came to diagnose the problem but not correctly charged me 675$ and one day later still leaking and making noise so could not fix it then again they came and said need a new dishwasher but refrigerator problem not solved as yet . Alex had came and diagnosed the ice maker being our issue. He went 5 minutes away to pick up the part and with in a half hour the repair was done. He’s efficient and good at what he does. We recommend him.
