We were so concerned about our dryer because we would have hated to have to replace and send it to a landfill and Alex was so incredibly knowledgeable and efficient. They were able to repair at a more than fair cost. No worries on replacement, the landfill growing, and we will definitely be using their services regularly.
Kevin came out a year ago and fixed our washing machine, when it started leaking. He was excellent, kind, quick, and thorough! We were so happy that, when our oven came up with an error, Tiger Appliance was our first call. Jay responded right away and scheduled a repair person to come out as soon as possible, and…

Extraordinary customer service and expertise. Alex is the best and has been taking care of multiple different properties for me for years now. Alberto was very professional and great to work with! Would highly recommend!
I am not a person who normally leaves reviews, but Alex from AA Appliance Repair deserves high praise. He showed up at my home within the timeframe that was promised. From there. Alex quickly identified the issue with my dryer (broken belt) and made a a couple other suggestions on “tune-up” work that would enhance…
Keven was great
I had Keven replace the ring on a front load washer and was very nice and accommodating! He got it done pretty quick and it looks great! Great customer service!
Alberto, Alex, and Keven did a fantastic job! They replaced the gasket on my stacked washer/dryer. Not only did they do a quick, efficient, and clean job, they were all very friendly and communicative. I really appreciated their work and will be calling them the next time I have an appliance issue. I highly recommend contacting them!
This is the 2nd time I've used AA Appliance and they were as great as they were the 1st time. Texted back immediately and scheduled the call for the next day. Sent out a tech and within minutes, he had diagnosed the problem and then fixed it immediately. Definitely recommend this company for all your appliance…
Keven from AA appliance was very professional. I really appreciate the one hour window they give you versus a four hour window that many other companies give. He was on time, courteous, and diagnose the issue quickly. I will definitely use them again for any appliance repairs in the future!
Keven was clean, polite, and thorough in his explanation of the problem with our equipment
Keven fixed our dryer quickly and offered same day service. He was so professional and communicated throughout the scheduling of the repair via text. Thank you so much for great service and our dryer is now blowing hot air again! We will be using them for all future repairs.
I've used AA appliances for multiple buildings that I manage. They do an awesome job and are very knowledgeable of their trade.
Very professional, well priced, and gets the job done. Thanks again AA Appliance
If I can give more than 5 stars I would. I initially used AA Appliance & Home Services as the beginning of the pandemic 3/2020 for a dryer repair. I forgot to leave a review. I needed to use their services again 11/2021 for a washer repair. I continue to be amazed at their professionalism, punctuality and…
Kevin was a great technician — very knowledgable! Quick service and was happy to show the fault during repair. Highly recommended!

Alex has fixed virtually all of our main appliances and has, each time, managed to come to our place within a day of us calling him. I particularly appreciated him recommending reasonably priced new appliances when ours was beyond repair and him insisting that he not charge us anything for extra time spent on an…
What a great service! We will definitely call him again for any problems with appliances. It was fixed. Thank you so much Alex!
Very responsive. I was able to schedule repair the day after I made an online request. Alex is very professional and knowledgeable. He came right on time and was able to help me fix the issues with my washer/dryer and oven. Highly recommend AA Appliance & Home Services!
AA Appliance & Home Services showed up prompt and professional. They fixed all of the issues I had by finding and fixing the multifaceted problems of why the dryer was destroying clothes. They really helped me out. I'm grateful for their service. Six months later, I hit them up again because now the washing machine…
A+ for Alex at AA Appliance and Home Services!!! I found Alex on Angie's List, and I completely agree with the exellent reviews he received there. I had 2 broken appliances: a washing machine and a dishwasher. I contacted Alex and he responded very quickly to my voicemail. He was here within 24 hours. Alex respected…
Alex is awesome! Our dryer lost it's ability to heat, but still worked otherwise. I called Alex, texted him a photo of our machine #, and he came out the next day, right when he said he would. He's courteous, friendly and fixed our machine on the spot - it needed a new thermostat. We'll call Alex anytime any of our…
