Alex from Tiger Appliance is completely wonderful, polite, friendly, knowledgeable, and explained the issue clearly. The fix resolved the problem. They did a great clean up. It was a completely positive experience! I would call them again!
My washing machine wouldn't spin or drain. Tiger dispatched a repairman (Alberto) for same-day service. Alberto was professional, courteous, and proficient. He solved the issue.
team is awesome!
Highly recommend Tiger Appliance Repair! Alex is incredibly knowledgeable, efficient, and personable. He was easy to work with, communicates clearly, and gets everything done quickly and smoothly. He's helped us out several times and each time was stress-free and professional from start to finish.
Jay & his technicians are absolutely phenomenal. I manage several rental properties, and Tiger has consistently proven that they deserve an even higher rating that I am able to give. Scheduling is effortless, on time arrival is 100%, the diagnoses of the issues are accurate, and the prices are more than fair. I…
KNOWLEDGEABLE, FAST VERY AMICABLE SERVICE
Tiger is great to work with. They come when they are scheduled and they are helping me either a complicated repair. I got their name from Grand appliance and they have lived up to their raves. 5 stars!
Have had two visits from Tiger Appliance Repair. Dishwasher was repaired. Received a recommendation on issues with washing machine.
I had never used Tiger before, but I needed the leak in my washing machine fixed ASAP. They were able to schedule me In just a couple of days and they were very reasonably priced. They have great communication and the technician was very thorough, efficient, and professional. I really lucked out with this business…
We’ve used them many times. Honest, knowledgeable. Will give you a straightforward repair/replace assessment. Highly recommend.
Alex is the best. Fast efficient and doesn’t mess around. I will use him for life. He is da man!!!
We've had Tiger Appliance Repair (formerly AA Appliance Repair) come to our home many times to fix our washing machine, dryer, refrigerator, and oven. Each time, the technician has been prompt, polite, and honest about whether it makes sense to fix the issue or to replace the appliance.
Great knowledge, figured out the problem and gave me the solution within minutes. Definitely keep Tiger in my contacts.
Fast and efficient
Great experience. Alex was great. My bill seemed reasonable. Jay was great in setting up an appointment. I will hire Tiger 🐅 in the future, if I have any other appliance issues.
I've used them twice in the last few years for repairs and I will keep using them. Friendly, quick and good service.
Prompt, professional service, competitive pricing
This is our second experience with Tiger and again they were on time, knew exactly what the problem was and fixed it quickly. I will be adding these guys to our recommended list of vendors in our condo association. We couldn’t be happier with their work. It’s such a relief to know we have a company we can count on…
Extraordinary customer service and expertise. Alex is the best and has been taking care of multiple different properties for me for years now. Very thoughtful, genuinely looking out for their customers, technically very strong with tons of experience and also a strong communicator so you really understand what is…
I was very happy with the tech that came to fix the washer. Very professional and courteous. I would highly recommend.
I would 100% use AA appliance & home services again, and would recommend them to anyone. He was professional, COVID safe, kind and knowledgeable. I can honestly say that this was one of the best, if not the best, experience I have had with a repair service. He is also bilingual (Spanish + English). He also cleaned…
Alberto was great! He inspected, assessed, and corrected the issue with my washer. He was thorough, transparent and made sure everything was well with my machine. I look forward to working with this company again!
I recently visited my great aunt in Chicago and learned that she’s been having trouble with her washer. I decided I wanted to help! I googled appliance repair and found AA appliance and home service. They came in the same day and not only found the situation but also confirmed they could get it fixed the same day.…
Keven fixed the problem in not time. Courteous, and good mood. That's all I needed.
Keven and Jay were nice but are misleading when it came to pricing. I was charged an extra $150 fee for them to show up, which they claimed would be waived after I used their services. The total came out to $275 for the total 40 min that Keven spent cleaning the detergent case and checking the dryer. They charged…
Our washing machine broke recently and AA was wonderful to work with. From the start, communication was straightforward and transparent. The service itself couldn’t have been better; Keven was on time, incredibly friendly/professional, and had our washer fixed on the spot. The service fee was far less than what we…
Keven was so great and professional, he repaired our washing machine quickly and had great communication!
Alex was quick to reply, easy to communicate with, and on time. He easily diagnosed the problem with my washer and let me know what the fix would be and how much it would cost. He was even friendly and patient with my overexcited pup! Will definitely be calling him if we have another issue with an appliance.
Have used AA Appliance 3 times so far for different appliances and service has been great. Pricing is fair. The text updates are a nice touch. Alex is friendly and accommodating.
Alex is a life saver!! He was able to quickly diagnose and repair our refrigerator saving HUNDREDS in groceries. This is the third time we have used AA Appliance & Home Services to repair our appliances. It’s great to know I have a company I can trust when any appliance breaks down.
Keven was absolutely amazing. Professional, courteous, and super quick. Between work calls, dogs, and everything in between he was kind and patient and communicative. Can’t recommend him enough.
Great service! Technician Keven was great - very professional, knowledgeable and he fixed my washer quickly. Highly recommend Keven!
Keven was prompt and kept me well informed. He did an amazing job and then checked in with me 4 days after to make sure it was still working! I will definitely use him again.
Awesome experience with Kevin repairing our washer! We were able to schedule quickly and he fixed it on the first visit! Super courteous, and great all-round.
Alex has fixed virtually all of our main appliances and has, each time, managed to come to our place within a day of us calling him. I particularly appreciated him recommending reasonably priced new appliances when ours was beyond repair and him insisting that he not charge us anything for extra time spent on an…
Alex is very professional and fixed our washer on the same day. Our washer is not draining well. He’s very prepared as a technician with spare parts ready on hand. He’s also knowledgeable as he gave us advice on how to keep our washer in good condition. Will definitely use his service again in the future.
Alex was recommended by a resident in my building. He was happy with Alex repairing his oven. Alex replied promptly to my call and quick replies to my text as well. He requested picture of the model number of my Kenmore front load washer that stopped working mid-cycle. The washer was stacked under a dryer in a small…
Alex came to troubleshoot my washer as it stopped working and was immediately able to diagnose what the problem was. Not only did he do that, but he made sure to SHOW me and walk me through what the issue was as I have no idea how washers work. He came back and fixed the issue and also let me know about other…
Alex had been out to service our washer/dryer twice. He is incredibly professional, nice and thorough. I would recommend him to anyone needing appliance repair/service.
Alex at AA Appliance is reliable, knowledgeable, professional and very helpful. I originally contacted Alex to fix a washing machine, which he did. I was able to text him the make and model before he arrived so that he could make sure he had the parts needed. He also contacted an appliance manufacturer to replace a…
