Chris is Amazing! Great quality work.
The service tech, Frank was amazing! He was knowledgeable and efficient, even suggested replacing the smart light bulb I currently use with an incandescent one for optimal effectiveness. Thank you, Frank for your excellent customer service!
Service technician was very knowledgeable and explained everything to me in detail
Absolute CON ARTISTS!! Beware of their scams and of Joel Brace!! Had him come over to quote and or replace the bottom seal in my garage and was told one of the springs was wrong and they refused to work on the door because of “safety” and that it was “very dangerous”. Huh? One of the bottom seals is glued to the…
Avi really went above and beyond with my install. I’m really happy with Tip Top and I would recommend them to everyone. Happy customer here.
I love when a business just does exactly what they say they’re going to do. It’s so rare, and makes such a difference. Tip Top did a great job, communicated well and charged a fair price. You can’t ask for more than that.

Couldn't have asked for a better tech than Mr. Bailey to fix what was broken. He was professional and did exactly what he needed to do. Everything is fixed, thank you!
Bailey did an amazing job showing me what was causing my door to struggle opening and had the right parts to get it fixed. He was professional, explained everything he was going to do and now my door is perfect! He showed me how to get the app and now I can open and close the door or see if it’s open or closed on my phone. Thanks Bailey!
The repair service was quick and painless. Bailey was a treat- he knew what he was doing and didn't take long to fix what was needed. Definitely will request him again for any future problems!
Tip Top Garage Door and Gate was outstanding. After a garage-door spring broke and the door came off the track, I called the day after Labor Day, when I’m sure they were already busy. Corinne was remarkable—clear, honest, and upfront about what to expect. Bryan came out, took the time to listen to what had…

Bryan did a great job. Fixed the spring and pointed out a couple other issues that he was able to fix. Most competent experience from calling it in to paying the bill. I would have zero issues recommending Bryan and Tip Top to anyone
Joel took time with me and thoroughly described all of the device features. Very happy with the service by Tiptop Garage and Joel.
