The service tech, Frank was amazing! He was knowledgeable and efficient, even suggested replacing the smart light bulb I currently use with an incandescent one for optimal effectiveness. Thank you, Frank for your excellent customer service!
Service technician was very knowledgeable and explained everything to me in detail
Absolute CON ARTISTS!! Beware of their scams and of Joel Brace!! Had him come over to quote and or replace the bottom seal in my garage and was told one of the springs was wrong and they refused to work on the door because of “safety” and that it was “very dangerous”. Huh? One of the bottom seals is glued to the…
Avi really went above and beyond with my install. I’m really happy with Tip Top and I would recommend them to everyone. Happy customer here.
I love when a business just does exactly what they say they’re going to do. It’s so rare, and makes such a difference. Tip Top did a great job, communicated well and charged a fair price. You can’t ask for more than that.
