Mr. PeteLocal Guide · 27 reviewsiTotal number of Google reviews Mr. has written across all businesses on Google Maps, not just this one.
Service requested: Install 2 new rear tires, tires provided, oil change, and check on "service air bag light".
1) above service took three hours while we waited, should have been max 1.5 hours.
2) Advised the check on "Service air bag light" would cost $139 just for diagnostics. What a way to lose a customer.
3) Car returned with grease fingerprints left side hood and fender, just paid $23.00 the day before for car wash and wax.
4) Black grease footprints all over driver side kick plate area.
5)Left rear, high polish finish, wheel had three nicks from careless tire change process.
6) Both replaced tires were left with grease handprints and tire lube on them.
7) Finally advised that service data showed the car needed brake fluid flush, replaced fluid, anti-freeze replacement and fuel system servicing, all for a mere $700.00
You decide, is this the place for your car?
Response from the owner · a month ago
We are concerned to hear this, Pete. The grease marks, wheel nicks, and extended wait time fall short of our standards. Please contact us at 1-877-201-6586 or [email protected] so we can make this right.
