Went in for a set of tires to install on my car. The wait wasn’t long at all. My salesperson was knowledgeable and helpful in selecting the perfect fit for my car. The Facility was clean and also the restroom. It was a comfortable and friendly environment. Will recommend Tire South to friends and family.

I researched price of tires and found that Tire South on Tara Blvd in Jonesboro offered the best price. Jacob was very accommodating to get me into the work schedule for the day. Jerrell, the Mgr was very helpful in resolving an issue with my tires. They were professional and kind. I recommend the store for your auto needs. G Black

Jarrell at Tire South Jonesboro was professional, friendly, and personable from the start. Since my vehicle is leased, he encouraged me to double-check my lease before moving forward, so I could see whether anything might be covered under warranty and make sure I wouldn’t violate the terms of my contract. I really appreciated that. It showed me he wasn’t just trying to make a sale—he genuinely wanted to make sure I was making the right decision. Once I confirmed I could move forward, Jarrell promptly ordered my tires and paid close attention to what my vehicle needed. He even made room for me to come in at 5:30 p.m., although the shop closes at 6:00. At 6:10, Jarrell and Jacob were still just as friendly as if their day had just begun. Jacob was very knowledgeable and answered my questions about the manufacturer’s tires compared with tires purchased after the sale. Jarrell also brought a wealth of knowledge from his previous experience as a finance manager. Thank you to the technicians working behind the scenes, too. I especially appreciate that you stayed past closing to get everything done and still took care to do quality work. The next day, I even received a follow-up call from a sweet team member asking about my experience. Tire South, you have a customer for life! Twenty out of twenty across the board—I don’t care if the highest rating is five. 😂 Thank you, Jarrell and Jacob. They need to put you both in the Tire South commercial!
