Jen and Kenzie and the two others(forgot their names) did an amazing job cleaning my apartment for moving out! Definitely recommend TLC cleaners
My wife and I have hired many cleaning crews throughout the decades and this company, TLC Cleaning, is by far the best. The level of detail put forward in cleaning our home from top to bottom exceeded expectations. This restored some hope that there are people out there who are proud to show excellence in their work.
used for a move out clean and everything looked amazing! Probably cleaner than when we moved in honestly. They found belongings we had left behind and even put them in a bag for us. I would recommend just calling to schedule an appointment as they can get busy if you want just a one time clean. 10/10 would…
Very professional and hard working staff. Impressive.
Did an incredible job. People were friendly and communicative.
What a life saver! We were in a rush to prepare the condo for sale. I had cleaned a major part of the condo and was exhausted but still wanted the kitchen and bathrooms to Shine. TLC came to the rescue. They sent Kayliyah and Veronica. They were on time and did their magic. We were able to have the condo shown later the same day. Thanks TLC
What a relief to have such good service right before listing the house! TLC has deep clean package options and we had them in the day before listing the house for sale. It takes one big part of the stress of selling a home away, being able to Walk back into the house after a day of working and knowing things are ready to go.
The ladies were very courteous and did a fantastic job with the cleaning of my Apt.
Did a fantastic job cleaning my apartment when I moved out. Got every penny back.
Corey was efficient and responsive. He did a quick steam clean of my rugs and carpets. He pretreated the dirtiest walkways and it appears they came out much cleaner than they were. Note: We'd just had carpets cleaned in July by another vendor but they didn't appear clean which is why I asked TLC to clean them again…
Bailee and Emily did an amazing job. They also were super kind and patient when my cat was trying to steal their feather dusters, he just loves to play around! All in all, they were amazing. We are so appreciative.
Great job cleaning my apartment. It looked brand new and ready for the next tenants. Great job by Emily, Brittany, Lacy, and Hailey. Especially happy with the removal of the streaks on my cupboards. I never thought they’d come clean.
The Lakes and crew always have provided phenomenal service when I’ve used them for carpet and move out cleaning - they treat employees as family and are a prime example of how to run a business in the greater FM area. I look forward to using their services again when the time comes!
Mariya C and Cami B did a wonderful job cleaning my apartment! I'm sure the floors were a special challenge because it wasn't easy for me to wash floors & it wasn't done often enough. Thanks TLC for a job well done!
Cami did a great job.
Elaina and Savanna did outstanding work!
Cami B and Ashley S completed our move-out clean and did a FANTASTIC job. When we moved in, the stove had rings around the burners so I assumed those would be there forever. Even my landlord said “oh we will write that down because yeah that’s not coming out.” And what do you know, they’re gone after Cami and Ashley…
Thank you! I got the sparkle I needed!
EDITED on September 22nd: Trisha contacted me and all the points, and more, where addressed. The house was cleaner, as I expected when I contracted TLC’s service. Lessons learned: it is important to express that something is not satisfactory, and everybody deserve a second chance. Thanks for respecting your client.…
