Customers frequently praise the thoroughness of deep and regular home cleans, noting that staff members are punctual, professional, and attentive to details. Positive reviews highlight the ease of scheduling and the company's willingness to accommodate specific needs, such as working around pets or family members. However, a recurring criticism in low-star reviews involves poor communication with management and scheduling staff, including missed callbacks, inflexible policies regarding rescheduling, and difficulties in obtaining accurate quotes or completing agreed-upon services.

TLC performed a deep clean in our house and did an excellent job. I did not expect them to clean out the refrigerator, but that came as part of the package and was a great surprise. The Gals at TLC are very professional and thorough. I would recommend them for your deep or regular cleaning needs.

I am trying to adjust to invisible disabilities and have been feeling bad about not cleaning. Leif was very understanding, patient with me, and was completely nonjudgmental.
