I called on a Monday to have my septic pumped. On Tuesday Kyle O showed up and got to work. While pumping he explained many parts of the septic system to me and how to maintain it. Kyle went above and beyond what was required of him. Great Employee and a great company. Fast. Clean. Knowledgeable. I've already recommended Top Notch to multiple people.

Kyle pumped out the septic tank. Great guy... Very informative and answered all questions. Didn't rush the job.
Yesterday 10/22/26 we had a septic tank drain service performed. The experience using Top Notch Septic was fantastic. The crew of Dennis and his young helper for the dig up and drain then Rico for the install of Drain Fill Risers were excellent. I've never seen any crew work harder than these guys. They were all very pleasant, professional, courteous and communicated everything excellently. The young lady Monica was most helpful in getting everything scheduled and completed. We could not be happier. and we highly recommend them for your septic system needs.

My family and I chose to go with Top Notch due to their understanding, communicative, and always available team. My only gripe, which is something not in their control, was how long the turn around time was for a septic and drainage system replacement. When it came down to installation day, the team was in and out with friendly staff and they even got rid of pesky tree stumps in our yard. Would highly recommend and would also recommend to start your septic projects with them BEFORE you run into issues like our family did due to the turn around.

We completely understand how frustrating the roughly 3 month wait was for the Health Department. Unfortunately, much of the turnaround time for a septic and drainfield replacement is dependent on the permitting and approval process, which is outside of our control as you know but we stuck to getting it done within a couple weeks of getting the approved permit. We know that waiting while dealing with septic issues can be stressful, so we’re glad we were able to provide some accommodations and help make that time a little easier as we always do for our customers.
Once we were able to get started, we’re happy our installation team got everything completed efficiently and was able to take care of those pesky tree stumps while they were there! We always try to do the little extra things when we can. Thank you again for your recommendation and for the great advice to start the septic process before an emergency happens. We truly appreciate your business and are glad we could get your family’s new system taken care of.

Kyle was outstanding! He went above and beyond pumping the tanks. He took the time to explain the process and quickly found the tank access and showed me the condition of my tanks.
