We had Top Tier out to diagnose a water leak in our laundry room. Amaury was our technician and he was very thorough, professional and cordial. Cost for the visit was very reasonable. We will definitely use Top Tier again for our appliance repair needs.
Quick and efficient repair of our dryer—TY!
Have home warranty and was assigned Top Tier. They are top notch. Their employee was on time, respectful, thorough and worked patiently to figure out our most troubled appliance, the dryer. They came out 3 times total to make sure correct new part were in place and working. I would used them again and highly recommend to anyone needing appliance repairs.

Top tier did a fantastic job with helping us get a new dryer. Our technician was kind and competent in knowing what parts we needed. Even after our insurance AHS took over the request, top tier still helped me determine whether we had a gas or electric dryer in order to order our new dryer. I would highly recommend top tier!
Ben was very polite and helpful.. addressed the issues perfectly..
