Mike and his helper were great. Only took him minutes to figure out what was wrong. Will ask for him in future along with recommending him to friends.

I would highly recommend Top Tier, the absolute best service.
Tech was great. He called ahead and then took the time to go to store to retrieve the correct part, that was shipped incorrectly, to complete the job.
Top Tier is tops in my book. Efficient and effective service as well as highly professional were noted.
I had my washing machine fixed with Top Tier, the Technician did a great job and cleaned up after the job was finished, I would highly recommend this company.
Excellent service. Technician was very nice & knowledgeable.
Gentleman was a good communicator, courteous and thorough. Quickly diagnosed what a fix would be, the cost and that he was able to return in 48 hours to install the part. Reminded me not to over fill and the consequences of it. Also incouraged me to wipe out the washer each use and let it air out, keeping the door open to mitigate mold potential.
Good experience. Representative was thorough.
Michael was great!! Very professional, had our parts delivered and repairs done in just a few days! Great guy! Great service!!
Ben was very polite and helpful.. addressed the issues perfectly..
