We just moved to the area and this is the pest control company recommended to us by our realtor. We have been so impressed with them! We were seeing palmetto bugs (ewwww!!!!) and a ton of ants upon move in. I called, and the first visit was to go over the contract (that doesn't have any cancelation requirements) and…
Their employees seem knowledgable and observant of problems and are very courteous. Hector is an especially nice young man.
Best in Polk county Florida I know because I see it live and the dedication the owner gives is above any company up 🥰
Jesus Nieves Is a very conscientious and professional worker - always willing to offer his assistance. He pointed out some problem areas in my yard and how to set up the sprinklers to ensure maximum coverage while watering. Jeremy Parker was also diligent in his efforts to keep my house free and clear of pests…
TPS 5 Star Business owner, 5 Star Office staff, and 5 Star tech - Omar Azcue - Great Service - Thank you
Amazing customer service!
Thank you for coming right over and getting us started!
Mike with Total Pest is awesome! He gave me a great quote and was able to complete the service that same morning. The office staff is also very nice and easy to work with. I highly recommend total pest!
Dependable, great service. Lawn looks great!
Great service, speed and communication from James. Top Notch! Highly Recommend.
Jesus does a good job including going behind my fence to spray my backyard. Nice people!
Hector was really good at his job. He showed up on time, explained what he was doing, and got everything handled quickly. Definitely recommend Total Pest Solutions
Hector did a great job. He was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything clearly. Super efficient and respectful highly recommend him for pest control services.
James was great and help to educate us on watering etc. We are new to FL and needed some direction to get our lawn looking green. He was very knowledgeable and patient as he educated us on St Augustine grass care. He also sprayed for the ants we had coming up between our paver driveway/walkway. Looking forward to a thick green lawn and no unwanted bugs.
Osmany has been helpful from the get-go. Explained the contract, the services and how the bugs would go away. He did not pressure us to make a decision and showed professionalism with human touch. I believe TPS is a better option than other big companies that charge a lot and treat you like a number
Ruben is the best! Very thorough.
Very polite and did a great job
The customer service is fantastic 😊. They went above and beyond with their knowledge, expertise, and willingness to help us. I highly recommend them.
Jesus and his co-worker still came even during a Florida downpour and did their job which we really appreciated, considering all the rain saved us from getting another water usage notice. Thank you
I’ve been using TPS since I moved here two years ago. They are very helpful they have great suggestions such as updating the irrigation system to work with Saint Augustine grass. Once the irrigation was updated and they continue to service the lawn my lawn looks great and I no longer have to received complaints from…
Highly recommend Total Pest Solutions for all your home and lawn pest control needs.. They provide excellent services. One company that can treat your shrubs, lawn, pest control and termite inspections and bonding.
Far superior than other companies I’ve used! Everything about them is a 10 out of ten! Such a pleasure to deal with too!
Very pleased with services and technician Jesus. Very nice and knowledgeable. Thank you!
Can count on a thorough job completed and if any concerns prompt to follow up.
Recently switched to TPS and couldn’t be happier. My lawn compared to neighbors lawns was not looking very healthy and full of crabgrass. In less than 30 days from switching to TPS my lawn hasn’t looked this good in years. Results are as promised and James at TPS is professional, courteous and knowledgeable on how to maintain and service the lawn.
Dean and Wil are a pleasure to work with. They are always just a call away and are so friendly with my entire family. I had an ant issue and called TPS as soon as I saw them. They were there the next day and I never saw an ant again. Other than the ant issue I haven't seen more than 2 bugs in my house since service started.
After two different service calls and three technicians, I know I will only call Total Pest Control for all of my pest control needs. Everyone from the office (Brenda and Alicia) to the service technicians (Jesus, Will, and the other person my old brain forgot the name of) has been friendly, helpful, knowledgeable,…

TPS has got my yard under control. It is just beautiful healthy grass now.
We have been customers for about two years. The office staff is super nice and when I call with a lawn issue they always schedule someone to come out asap. We have had our same lawn professional, Jesus, more than a year. He is timely, always professional and if we are home he asks if we have any questions. I…
Jesus is great! Very professional!
James is the best, he has managed our last two lawns. We get many compliments and have even been chosen as our neighborhood staple for standards of how a great healthy lawn should be. Truly blessed to have met him and were very appreciative for all of his hard efforts. If you want the darkest green, just ask him and…

Very satisfied with TPS . JAMES IS GREAT !
Always professional and nice. The guys that come out let you know a day ahead in case there is a problem in scheduling. Great company, good and honest work ethic, and provide quality service
James is a great guy and takes care of the lawn . Never have a problem. FOR YEARS
We've had four previous companies service our lawn for fertilization and weed/pest control. The quality of service and the results all dropped off over time. TPS has remained consistent with their quality of service and good results. They are responsive and professional and show up when they say they will. James is a pleasure to deal with.
James is always so helpful and personal
I have used Total Pest for over a decade and they have been reliable, professional and extremely knowledgable. I know my yard and house is being treated by the best in the area. Locally owned business! Great service! Can’t go wrong!

James has been servicing our yard for over a year and we are super happy with him/the company! They are super affordable and leave detailed notes on what was done after every visit and have kept our yard looking green and pest free!
James is phenomenal! My yard has never been so green. Would definitely recommend!
I would like to commend Joshua on the job he is doing in our neighborhood. He is very thorough and very careful when spraying our shrubs and grass. I have noticed him looking closely at some of our plants to see if there is a problem; and I image if he does see a problem he either addresses it himself or reports it…
James is an awesome person, very polite, knowledgeable and takes his job seriously. Thank you!
