It was so easy for us as Totta used a partner to move our furniture from our second floor (stored on the first floor), removed old carpet, repaired existing hardwoods and installed new hardwoods into additions that we had done over the years. The old and new floors blend seamlessly. The team we had were here every…
Totta did an outstanding job matching new wood to old wood and the real difficulty was matching the stain old to new, which could have been done sooner but in the end the stain was as close to perfect match as one could ask for. Would and will use Totta and their chief guy Abdel in the future.
Great communication and craftsmanship. Worked around our schedule and gave multiple options to ensure we had the right color and style for the bannister project. Thanks!
Austin and the installer group were transparent and easy to communicate with. They were responsive and had multiple touch points throughout the project.
I highly recommend Totta Hardwoods. David and TJ were professional, courteous, and meticulous. They communicated with us through each step of our project and answered all our questions. I will gladly call Totta for any future projects.
Wow! The Totta team did such a great job on our stair railing and hardwoods. We love the end result. Everyone was so kind throughout the process and addressed any of our concerns along the way. Thank you!
I thought the team we worked with was very professional and Jose in particular did outstanding work. Was also good about checking in during the week and seeing if we had any questions. Additionally they ran ahead of schedule which allowed us to minimize the amount of time we needed to be outside the house. Would recommend.
I had Totta do my hardwood floors on my new home. Abdel the crew leader was amazing and they did a phenomenal job on our floors! They were always responsive and did high quality work!!
After reviewing our community Facebook group for hardwood floor companies, I noticed Totta Hardwoods name mentioned multiple times by different people. I went to their website and sent in an inquiry for pricing. I was contacted the next day to set up a survey appointment and a proposal was provided promptly…
An A+ experience from start to finish. Floor came out beautiful. Communication from the office was professional and adequate. Workers on site were punctual and knowledgeable. Recommended.
Very professional and helpful from the beginning. We had a floor installed and another repaired that was badly damaged — they all look great. The crew was easy and actually fun to work with, as well as prompt and responsive. Well worth what we paid for. Highly recommend.
My first review on anything: Totta Hardwoods refinished our floors and installed hardwood in 2 rooms. The professionalism from everyone we were in contact with is extremely refreshing. The installers Jordan and Damien were awesome. They showed up on time everyday, got to work, explained what they were doing and why.…
The crew of craftsman were exceptional in the quality of work. They showed up clean and professional. Alex, David were talented and friendly. Didn’t have any worries about leaving them alone in our house. They were referred to us by our neighbor and what a choice!!!
Was a very good experience all around. From the initial walkthrough with Mike to our installer, Alex, we were very pleased. Work was excellent, always on time, courteous, and finished on time for a reasonable price. Paid for quality, for sure, but worth the job getting done right.
