My very average day running errands became a near nightmare recently. We went to my car after enjoying lunch, went to start it, nothing but that winding sound that tells you battery is dead. I struggled for a half an hour how to move forward, opened google and literally found an angel named Jimmy from Road Angel. He…

Very timely and prompt service. My 2011 Jeep Grand Cherokee was stuck in my garage and wouldn't start. They arrived at my North McKinney home, diagnosed the problem, got a replacement battery, and installed it in an amazingly short time. The service was very professional. I recommend them and plan to use them for my…

We had waited over 4 hours for Allstate roadside to show up. They never did! We called Road Angel the next day and they were at our car within 45 minutes with a new battery. They installed it in no time. They were great! We'll definitely be using them again!
Jimmy’s prickling is the best and his service was timely and very effective in getting my Mercedes SUV to start again. I highly recommend this company and I am one of the pickiest women on earth.
They arrived very fast and completed the battery replacement with no issues. They were all very friendly.
AMAZING service and helpful tips for the future
Jimmy has always gone above and beyond when I am in a car emergency. Whether it be towing, tires or a battery replacement, Road Angel has my back!!
RoadAngel came to save the day yesterday. My truck is having electrical issues which drained my battery. RoadAngel arrived shortly after I called them. After finding out the battery was no good, they promptly towed my truck to the auto-shop. Very well priced and service was fantastic. They do offer other services as well.
This service was bought as a battery warranty when I bought my car. I had no idea it came with a jump start service until I was in need today! I called the number on the paper (that was shoved into my car manual). To my surprise an actual person answered the phone! Jim was super helpful and said he would call…

Came out to my car to find my 6-month-old car battery dead. A quick search online and gave Jimmy at Road Angel a call. He was out there in 20 minutes. Very courteous, reasonable, and prompt. Nice guy that knows his stuff.

Jimmy was prompt to arrive and very courteous. We had my truck started in about 5 minutes and I was able to get where I needed. I saved his number for future unforeseen circumstances! Thanks Jimmy.
Perfect service! Called on a Sunday afternoon, arrived in 30 minutes, and quickly had me back on the road. Polite, friendly, and an absolute professional.

The warranty service from ForeverStart came in handy today. The staff at Roadangel helped me get my vehicle jump started this morning, even though I live in California and their services are located in Texas. Very grateful for their assistance in getting me up and running. Hopefully I won't need their help again…
Road Angel is my new go to for all roadside assistance! I dont know much about cars, but when my battery expired and the jump start wasnt working, they were at my house within the hour to replace it. More than that they are super friendly and made something stressful into a positive experiece. If I could give 6 stars I would 😊
ROADANGEL IS THE BEST!!!! I mean this with all my heart- they do everything and with such patience and grace. It's so frustrating when car stuff happens, but RoadAngel is always there and in areas other companies aren't always able to be.
