Nothing worse than a flat tire with a screw in it and you have to get to work. Giovanny and technician Lamar was able to get us in and out of Town Fair Tire within 15 minutes. They were both very knowledgeable and polite and I spent less than $15 and they treated us like we spent a million. Great service!
My tire pressure light came on my dashboard and I was really concerned. I don’t have a mechanic because my car is fairly new and I remembered using town fair tire. The associate who assisted me his name is Steven was really awesome. I will recommend a 100 percent any one with any form of tire issue to go down town…

Good morning. My husband purchased tires at this establishment and had an alignment done; now, a warning light has appeared on the car's dashboard. I went to the shop to ask if my husband could come in today to have the issue checked, but an employee treated me very poorly—laughing at me because I do not speak English well. He also asked why my husband couldn't come in right then at 8:00 AM, suggesting he should still be asleep. I replied, "No, he is working; he started his shift at 6:30 AM." This employee was completely disrespectful. Are we somehow lesser because my English isn't good? We will never return to this establishment. Beware!!

This place is packed with a bunch of liars who do not care about your safety! I returned to this place after already terrible experience when I first got my tires. NOW to return because the tires they sold me were defective and then to tell me I didn’t get the roadside hazard when i wasn’t even offered this. I for a fact know it wasn’t offered this because for one the young guy who helped me was all over the place with wrong information and pricing that he need help from Gio (manager) but still wasn’t offered the roadside hazard because I would’ve definitely gotten that on NEW tires. There’s no reason I should be paying an extra $400 for defective tires when I just got these tires 3 months ago and spent over $600. It’s funny how they said they couldn’t add the roadside hazard after tires were purchased but right now that I paid the $400 they added them on to all 4…could’ve just added the roadside hazard which I would’ve paid for and I could’ve just got the tires swapped out This is THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE with COMPLETE DISREGARD on someone’s safety and DO NOT RECOMMEND this place all they do is LIE and want your money after you leave they don’t care. save yourself the trip it’s Just a waste of time!
