So, the owner comes back out to see the destruction of my tree. Lashawn, we’re sorry to hear how upsetting this has been. Our arborist reviewed the pruning with your husband, and our crew completed the work he directed and agreed to. We had not spoken with you directly about your expectations before the work.
Doug has reached out to offer a meeting at your property with you both. We’d welcome the opportunity to review the agreed scope and completed work, hear your concerns, and discuss how we can move forward.

Came back a week ago to fix problem! Took care of problem put mulch ring around them and even checked a young maple and put mulch ring around too! Also had him and his helper trim Lilac bushes that were blocking gas fire place vent also!
Would definitely call to use them again!

Thanks for the kind words. Matt and the crew are glad we could address those girdling roots on your maples and get them set up for healthier growth. The mulch rings and root collar work should really help prevent future issues, and we're happy we could tackle the lilacs while we were there. Give us a call anytime you need us.

The worse place to do business with, that lies to get out of taking responsibility...how dare you lie on my husband saying he directed you're negligent crew to demolish my very healthy tree. One of the reasons We purchased this house, was bc of all the lushness and beauty from the mature tress. So, why would we want you to take away from the curb appeal, charm, refreshing breezes, the whole asthetic, etc. We have the work order with what was requested...we tried to be nice although you screwed us and our property, but have it your way...too bad they won't let me put pics ...and you're not supposed to delete bad reviews just bc you don't like it
