Google reviewers rate Trinity Wellness 4.9 out of 5 based on 60 reviews, with the owner responding to 57 percent of them. Clients frequently cite the effectiveness of deep tissue and lymphatic drainage sessions for relieving back, neck, and shoulder pain, as well as reducing swelling and inflammation. Praise often highlights the therapist's attentiveness, professional communication, and ability to tailor treatments to specific needs. However, a recurring criticism in low-star reviews involves last-minute appointment cancellations, which customers described as poor customer service that prevented them from receiving the booked services.

I had an amazing experience with Naida at Trinity Wellness! I went in with a lot of tension and tightness in my neck, and she did an incredible job working on the areas that were bothering me. I could definitely feel a difference afterward—my neck feels much more relaxed and I have noticeably less tension. Naida was professional, attentive, and really knew how to target the areas that needed the most work. I will definitely be going back and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a great massage therapist!

Nadia was amazing! I had three postpartum lymphatic massage sessions with her, and each time she really listened to what I was feeling in my body and tailored the massage to what I needed that day. I felt very comfortable and cared for throughout the process. I’m looking forward to continuing my massages with her in the future. Highly recommend!

I booked an appointment two separate times and for one reason or another She couldn't keep her appointment. First time, she texts couple hours before canceling. Then the following week she ends up telling me she "ended up taking the day off". If I hadn't reached out, I would have commuted to her location for nothing. This is just terrible customer service. I didnt get to experience her work, so I can't speak on that.
Response from the owner · 2 months ago
I understand that you’re frustrated, but your review leaves out important context. The first appointment was canceled because I experienced a personal medical situation while working and was physically unable to continue my day. I chose not to disclose personal details to you, as I’m not obligated to share private medical information with clients.
I refunded your deposit and additionally offered you $25 off a future massage as a courtesy.
As for the second appointment, it was never fully confirmed. A confirmed appointment generates both a confirmation text and email. Since you did not receive those confirmations, there was no finalized appointment scheduled.
I take my business and my clients’ time seriously, and I understand the inconvenience an unexpected cancellation can cause. However, characterizing this as “terrible customer service” without acknowledging the circumstances or the fact that the second appointment was never confirmed is an incomplete representation of what occurred.
