Jake did a very thorough job inspecting and cleaning our air conditioner. Jake found a fire hazard and addressed it immediately to correct it. It was a pleasure to work with Jake!
On the day of appointment appreciated getting Photo of the tech and what time I could expect him.he was punctual and very knowledgeable about my products. It was a pleasure doing business with your company. Thank you!
Jake is great to work with. Seems like a skilled tradesperson who takes great pride in his work. He did the repairs he was scheduled to do. We discussed another item I was concerned about. He spent a reasonable amount of time diagnosing and checking the other concern. I would have service my systems in the future.

They do inspections twice a year with a membership. All the technicians are professional and trusted. The office personnel go…
Amazing, first-class experience around the board. Called at 8am. Was greeted by a kind and understanding girl who got a tech out to my house within a few hours. A.J. And the other technician were on time. Both were professional, pleasant, knowledgeable, and very helpful. A.J. It was a job well done. They arrived on time, explained what they needed to do in preparing my furnace for winter use and later reviewed the work they did with me. I was happy with the work they did.
The work ended up significantly less than expected because the tech was able to find the issue was different than initially thought, they were fast and explained everything well so we know what to expect expect going forward with out unit
Our Trane AC unit wasn’t working right so we called Triple O. It took over a week to get a time for them to come that would guarantee that the job didn’t go past 5 pm and start with the overtime rate. But we have a working AC now! We had AJ come help us with our job and he was great! Very communicative,…

I use Triple-O for all my plumbing, HVAC and electric needs. In the past I've had a shower installed, my AC repaired then replaced all my equipment (AC, Furnace and hot water tank) for high efficiency. Most recently I've had electrical work done by Jack W. He was just as pleasant and professional as the others that…
