Called to have our furnace serviced before the cold hits and we are so glad we did! Our heat exchanger was severely cracked with very high level of carbon monoxide built up. It was a disaster waiting to happen. Our 40 yr. old unit was decommissioned on the spot and had estimates that day for a new furnace and AC.…
I just wanted to share my deepest thanks for Triple O's excellent service installing 2 AC units in July as well as a brand new efficient Heating Gas Furnace. I called for an estimate and Josh came right away and explained exactly what I needed. Based on my 35 year old furnace, he suggested the best option for me…
My furnace had stopped igniting and therefore wasn't heating the house. I called Triple O and they had a guy out later that afternoon. Repaired the igniter, but noted that when it kicked on, there was a large flame coming out of the furnace on ignition (possibly due to a lot of carbon buildup). Options were to take…
They did a very good install
I've had a number of service calls with Triple-O (plumbing & HVAC). They're great to deal with, and the response time is fantastic. Jeshua has handled the last couple issues. He's been great!
AJ and Max did an outstanding job getting my AC and Furnace installed in just one day. We initially had planned to get it done across two days but they knocked it out in one! Everything works great! They were both very professional and personable. Everything was clean when they were done you could hardly tell they…
Triple O was incredibly responsive, professional, and thorough from start to finish! They performed an install of new HVAC system and hot water tank at our home. They left everything clean, installed the products quickly, and were friendly to work with throughout. Highly recommend!
They care about the job being done right
Could not be more satisfied. Took one day to have my furnace replaced. Very professional. Outstanding!
The tech was quick and knew what the issue was right away and noticed another issue that he was going to look into further.
Such a great company. Fast installation, very professional
What an awesome experience from start to finish! From the no pressure quote to the complete installation everyone was nice, knowledgeable and fair. We will definitely be using Triple-O again for our home improvement needs.
I use Triple-O for all my plumbing, HVAC and electric needs. In the past I've had a shower installed, my AC repaired then replaced all my equipment (AC, Furnace and hot water tank) for high efficiency. Most recently I've had electrical work done by Jack W. He was just as pleasant and professional as the others that…
Great and fast!
TLDR: Short story, amazing company with a heart, led by Bob Falkowski on our job completed the work at the quoted rate even though extra labor was required to get the job done right. Could not recommend Triple O, or Bob's leadership, more. If you need anything related HVAC, plumbing or electrical work I would…

From beginning to end the entire everything was fantastic, and above expectations. Knowledgeable estimates, and timely install.
Just had a new furnace installed by Triple-O. From Tim Kelly in sales to Jonah and David the installers, and Patty in the office they were all great. A nice clean install and after a chilly weekend we are warm and cozy again
For the past 3 days we have had AJ and Brandon work on installing ductless heating and cooling units in our house. Their work was done quickly, efficiently, and thoroughly. Not only did they walk around with me after the job was done to verify I was content with their work, they left my yard and house cleaner than…

Had 29year old furnace replaced, tech came in explained what was going to take place. Christian and another tech worked on it until completed. Did a great job and left everything spotless after clean up. Took my wife and I down after finished and explained what had taken place. Very happy with the work that they did.
Very clean professional personnel. I have met at least 4 different individuals in person. They were all detail oriented. Installs were quick.
We had both a gas furnace (for the main house) and a two-head mini-split (for an attached in-law apartment) installed last December. We just this week had them replace our 30-year old ac. We couldn't be happier with the service. Everyone we have talked/worked with was first rate. This is a company that truly cares about their customers.
Phil & Jeff were very professional and friendly. Answered all my questions with good explanations.
These guys are always there when you need them...fast....polite....and fair. They take the time to talk to you and explain what is going on!
