Positive feedback highlights clear communication, timely arrivals, and detailed explanations of procedures. However, recurring criticisms involve inconsistent service quality, such as missed appointments or ineffective spider removal, alongside complaints about high pricing and aggressive sales tactics that pressured customers into contracts or reviews.
