Great company, great employees, and great service.
Robert does a great job each time he comes to service our house. We tell him our concerns and he gets right to the problem. Excellent service and communication.

Excellent work as always.
I was not home when he sprayed, but so far, so good!
Chris is always kind and efficient!
Trubug continues to be the best and most complete pest control service. I haven't seen one unwelcome pest since starting service with them. They are all very knowledgeable and answer all my questions. Thank you, Andrew, for a great job!
Chris did a great job! He is thorough and friendly.
When we switched from our previous company to TruBug, much of the impetus for doing so was the fact that Brett Eller had joined the company. My wife and I delighted to have him as our service tech. Looking forward to having him for many years to come.
Conner was very professional with a pleasant personality. Walked me though the process showing me the areas that would be addressed. John (Madera Ranchos)
Brett is very respectful and polite. He does a great job with lots of detail at every space. I hardly see any bugs after he does his job. Very grateful client.
Great service. Always reliable (always on time) and courteous.
I appreciate Lorenzo’s professionalism and timeliness in arriving and getting the job done.
Andrew payed attention to the details! Thank you!
Gabriel is wonderful! He is outstanding!! So kind, such a hard worker, and truly knows his craft. He arrived on time. Asked if I needed an additional service. He then preformed the mosquito service. I cannot express what a wonderful job he did. Then he helped me with some bags. Wow! So conscientious! Thank you so much!!
On time, personable.
Everything went very well, very professional. I well definitely recommend TruBug for pest control services

Andrew did another great job today. Very happy with the bug control
Conner was polite and friendly. He walked around the property with me inside and out to address all my concerns especially wasps nests, where he found another much larger busy nest we hadn’t seen yet, and he took care of it. We also have a dark shed our rescue kitties like to hide in that I keep open for them (with…
Thorough and professional!
Price is high, and service was poor. Technician spent less than 10 minutes on property, next day I walked into cobwebs throughout the property. When I complained to next technician that came he said they could not control spiders. Spiders are pest and that was what I was paying for. My property is very clean, no…
From start to finish, TruBug Pest Control has shown the utmost professionalism in their services. When talking to McKay, he explained their services and methodology in a clear and easily understandable way that made me feel confident in trying them out. I was not disappointed in the treatment my house got from Brent, and glad I made the switch to TruBug.
JD is personable, professional, and did a great job, cleaning up cobwebs around the exterior of the house and applying pest control chemicals inside and out.
Great service. Professional and polite. I’d recommend TruBug to anyone

Connor did an amazing job! He listened to everything we had to say and really focused on the problems we were having. Robert was great. Professional and personable. He was not informed beforehand of the scope of this service, but verified and completed the work with a positive attitude. I appreciated his approach and thoroughness. Trubug management could have done better, as we have spoken a few times since last week about this service.
Aaron with TruBug did a great job. He hit exactly the areas I was worried about and took the time to explain how everything works. What really stood out was how gentle and careful he was with our dogs and cats — he worked around them and made sure they felt safe the whole time. He also communicated really well while…

Updated 6/24/2026 — Robert was the tech. We have now had TruBug for almost a full year. We continue to be very pleased. We have noticed that we have substantially less spiders than we used to. Aaron was wonderful to work with. Wanted do you know where our problem areas were and if I wanted the inside of the garage sprayed. He took the time to clean the eaves really well.
