Very professional
Awesome job! Very detailed and friendly service and arrived on time
very friendly and explained what he was doing today. he sprayed entire exterior then some of garage per my request. i showed him 3 cockroaches at my front door. i saw he sprayed the area but he should’ve taken the monsters away and not left there. yuck. otherwise, very good!
TruBug showed up on time and listened to my concerns. He was friendly, courteous, and professional. I appreciate this service very much.
Brett thoroughly explained the service beforehand, and I really appreciate that he used booties without being asked. Great service! Josh was great to deal with on the phone to sign up and schedule as well.
Robert did a great job, I was not home today, but I know when I left this morning, my porch was already starting to look like a haunted house with all the spider webs🫣 but when I came home, not one web in sight, it looks so much better!!! Thanks for the great service as always:)
Chris did a great job! He is thorough and friendly.
Gabriel provided quick and polite service, thank you
When we switched from our previous company to TruBug, much of the impetus for doing so was the fact that Brett Eller had joined the company. My wife and I delighted to have him as our service tech. Looking forward to having him for many years to come.
Great service. Always reliable (always on time) and courteous.
He took the time on the service, moved some outside furniture and dweeb, overall was excellent
Tech Andrew was great! Covered all areas and concerns.

Great job from what I could see
On time, pleasant, good communication, thorough, kept us informed.
Great service, great technician, and even better results. Thank you for servicing us
Conner was polite and friendly. He walked around the property with me inside and out to address all my concerns especially wasps nests, where he found another much larger busy nest we hadn’t seen yet, and he took care of it. We also have a dark shed our rescue kitties like to hide in that I keep open for them (with…
Thorough and professional!
Price is high, and service was poor. Technician spent less than 10 minutes on property, next day I walked into cobwebs throughout the property. When I complained to next technician that came he said they could not control spiders. Spiders are pest and that was what I was paying for. My property is very clean, no…
We had Chris out for a quarterly inspection and he was great at taking care of the areas of concern. He was professional and knowledgeable, courteous and respectful of my home. I can say the same for all of their technicians. They always do such a great job and come out anytime throughout the year if I have any…
Connor was our quarterly technician today. He worked quickly as my dogs lose their marbles inside the house. He gave advance notice of his visit and we appreciate that. Thank you!
Our TruBug Pest Control service representative is always professional, thorough, and respectful. Today we received five-star service from Chris. Thank you, Chris!
Excellent professionalism and great customer service.
More dead roaches! Yea!
Thorough service, will show up at the first sign of trouble and take immediate action.
Very good service
Aaron was very thorough and professional. He took his time to do the job right and explained everything he did. Even went above and beyond what we get normally!
Chris was polite and explained the service Tru Bug was providing, however he missed cleaning up spider webs in the front yard. Next time. 👍
Brett with Trubug did an excellent job serving my house. He was thorough, on time and very polite. I would highly recommend.
Conner from TruBug pest control did a great job. Super friendly and was able to provide the services we needed especially with our ant and spider problem. Thank you.
Trubug is what I’ve wanted out of a pest control company. The last company started cutting corners and was in and out, Connor asked questions and treated problem areas with care. He’s been great. And looking forward to more services with them
Very knowledgeable and thorough and made the statement. I'll take care of your home and looked straight into my eyes, and no doubt he meant it. Thank you Tony

First time being serviced by your company. Although we were not home, we were able to Follow him with our home cameras. We can tell that he is an excellent technician took his time. Jacobo was very friendly and knowledgeable. He took the time and went through our home, inside and out, and perform treatment. I would definitely recommend him to family and friends that require pest control services.
Jacob was very friendly, knowledgeable and detailed. Great service!!! Highly recommended!!!
Our technician was very detailed in explaining how our first service would go along with upcoming service. He explained the importance of what to expect and if we had any questions to let him know. Very professional yes one would say well that’s what they should be providing but it’s a step further when you feel…
Chris, the TruBug tech, was very courteous, friendly and professional. Our TruBug service has been excellent.
Very impressed when I saw Robert sweeping spider webs from the back fence and the rope on the dock.
Respectful and knowledgeable, and very friendly. Highly recommended. Andrew did a great job.
Aaron was great. He checked in with us on arrival, helped us problem solve a particular bug challenge we had and was quick to do his work! He talked to me about our roach challenge, and took care of a wasp nest quickly. Couldn’t ask for more!
Efficient and knowledgeable. Great service!
The salesman who came to my door was very kind, professional, and took the time to answer all of my questions without making me feel pressured. He made the whole process easy, and I’m excited for my first service tomorrow!

Brett was an excellent technician and provided quality service. He was professional and addressed all of our concerns. We had a great experience overall and highly recommend this company
Connor did an amazing job! He listened to everything we had to say and really focused on the problems we were having. We had another pest control company before, and they would always leave webs in the bushes and miss things around the yard. Since switching to TruBug, we’ve noticed a big difference in the service.…
Tru bug always does a great job when they come out and spray. Gabriel was very patient with my dog and obliged when I requested an additional service. Thank you

Happy with TruBug so far! Gabe came out today, very professional and made sure we aren’t having any issues. Great service!
The sale and the service u actually get is so different...i was told i was getting upgrades and they pointed out all the things that needed to ve treated. 3weeks later and my is situation so worse. Ants everwhere... the monthy price seems ok but when u realize there service is only 4- 6 times a year.
Aaron did a great job and was very friendly. He was very thorough with dusting the webs outside which is something my other pest control lacked.
Updated 6/24/2026 — Robert was the tech. We have now had TruBug for almost a full year. We continue to be very pleased. We have noticed that we have substantially less spiders than we used to. Especially grateful that we have gotten the black widow population well controlled :shudder: Probably only 1 complaint and…
We just began service with TruBug, but it's been a good experience so far. Everyone we've met and worked with has been very friendly and professional, and Aaron did a great job with our initial treatment. They told us we would see a short term increase in bug activity since the treatment will begin driving them out…
Aaron was great! Super thorough and answered every question I had.
Had Brandon perform our quarterly service and he knocked it out of the park! Tru Bug & team continue to deliver on their promise of great service!
