Great work always!
Brett arrived on time and was very thorough in answering my questions. He was also very thorough with the services he provided today. We are very pleased with today’s service. Thank you Brett!
Robert does a great job each time he comes to service our house. We tell him our concerns and he gets right to the problem. Excellent service and communication.
She did a great job nice personality. A nice kid did a great job and we tipped him accordingly.
Chris did a great job! He is thorough and friendly.
When we switched from our previous company to TruBug, much of the impetus for doing so was the fact that Brett Eller had joined the company. My wife and I delighted to have him as our service tech. Looking forward to having him for many years to come.
Conner was very professional with a pleasant personality. Walked me though the process showing me the areas that would be addressed. John (Madera Ranchos)
Gabriel is wonderful! He is outstanding!! So kind, such a hard worker, and truly knows his craft. He arrived on time. Asked if I needed an additional service. He then preformed the mosquito service. I cannot express what a wonderful job he did. Then he helped me with some bags. Wow! So conscientious! Thank you so much!!
Timely, professional, informative, thorough.
Chris arrived within the appointed time. The mosquito abatement was performed. Chris was professional in appearance with a TruBug branded shirt and well adorned truck with large TruBug branding on it. We are very happy with the service performed and will highly recommend TruBug to our friends.
These guys do excellent work.
On time, pleasant, good communication, thorough, kept us informed.
Great service, great technician, and even better results. Thank you for servicing us
Conner was polite and friendly. He walked around the property with me inside and out to address all my concerns especially wasps nests, where he found another much larger busy nest we hadn’t seen yet, and he took care of it. We also have a dark shed our rescue kitties like to hide in that I keep open for them (with…
Price is high, and service was poor. Technician spent less than 10 minutes on property, next day I walked into cobwebs throughout the property. When I complained to next technician that came he said they could not control spiders. Spiders are pest and that was what I was paying for. My property is very clean, no…
Our TruBug Pest Control service representative is always professional, thorough, and respectful. Today we received five-star service from Chris. Thank you, Chris!

Love these guys excellent service they go above and beyond.
Conner from TruBug pest control did a great job. Super friendly and was able to provide the services we needed especially with our ant and spider problem. Thank you.
Trubug is what I’ve wanted out of a pest control company. The last company started cutting corners and was in and out, Connor asked questions and treated problem areas with care. He’s been great. And looking forward to more services with them
Our technician was very detailed in explaining how our first service would go along with upcoming service. He explained the importance of what to expect and if we had any questions to let him know. Very professional yes one would say well that’s what they should be providing but it’s a step further when you feel…
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great company! Everyone at TruBug was professional, friendly, and easy to work with. The technicians did a great job and were very knowledgeable. Brett was an excellent technician and provided quality service. He was professional and addressed all of our concerns. We had a great experience overall and highly recommend this company
Communicative-gave me a heads up when he was on his way over; respectful-let me explain my trouble areas and walk him through the house and yard; took his time-was here approx 40 min and this was my first time to get established with the company.
I give Jacob from Tru Bug a 5 star rating if I was able to I would rate him and the company 1000/5!!! Phenomenal customer service and attentiveness for the pest control service I received today. I can already see less bugs from this service. Thank you and hands down!!!
Jacob is very personable and did a great job! He really went above and beyond while treating for mosquitos.
Robert was great. Professional and personable. He was not informed beforehand of the scope of this service, but verified and completed the work with a positive attitude. I appreciated his approach and thoroughness. Trubug management could have done better, as we have spoken a few times since last week about this service.
Tech Aaron provided a through service. He spent over 40 minutes inspecting, de webbing the whole house and yard.
Aaron was a great representation of the company! Very friendly and very professional!

Brett serviced my yards yesterday and he was friendly, thorough, and right on time. Trubug is FAR superior to the company I was with. Thank you
Brett with TruBug was awesome in communicating when he was arriving (including letting me know when he was 15 min away). I addressed my concern with ongoing mosquito issues and he assured me he would take it into account. His service was amazing, now, whether or not they can abate the mosquitoes is to be determined…
Brett was amazing. Very friendly. He gave me a courtesy call and let me know what time I should expect him to arrive. Once he arrived it told me exactly what he was going to do and what to expect. He took roughly 40 mins to treat our home. He cleaned all the webs on the outside of the home especially our front porch. He did a great job. 100% recommend.
Fantastic communication great work highly recommend
These guys are the real deal. Much appreciated gentleman.
Brett arrived on time and was very courteous. Brett explained the process in detail, and requested information to ensure pet safety.
