Robert does a great job each time he comes to service our house. We tell him our concerns and he gets right to the problem. Excellent service and communication.
Trubug continues to be the best and most complete pest control service. I haven't seen one unwelcome pest since starting service with them. They are all very knowledgeable and answer all my questions. Thank you, Andrew, for a great job!
Chris did a great job! He is thorough and friendly.
When we switched from our previous company to TruBug, much of the impetus for doing so was the fact that Brett Eller had joined the company. My wife and I delighted to have him as our service tech. Looking forward to having him for many years to come.
Conner was very professional with a pleasant personality. Walked me though the process showing me the areas that would be addressed. John (Madera Ranchos)
Great service. Always reliable (always on time) and courteous.
Great service, great technician, and even better results. Thank you for servicing us
I highly recommend Jacobo and TruBug! We had a rodent problem that needed to be addressed quickly, and they handled it with incredible efficiency and professionalism. We’ve dealt with rodent issues in the past and tried other pest control companies, but unfortunately, they were never able to fully solve the…
Connor was our quarterly technician today. He worked quickly as my dogs lose their marbles inside the house. He gave advance notice of his visit and we appreciate that. Thank you!
Great job. Thoroughly done and touched bases with me before and after for clarity of where to service.
Love these guys excellent service they go above and beyond.
Brett with Trubug did an excellent job serving my house. He was thorough, on time and very polite. I would highly recommend.
Very knowledgeable and thorough and made the statement. I'll take care of your home and looked straight into my eyes, and no doubt he meant it. Thank you Tony
Jacobo was very friendly and knowledgeable. He took the time and went through our home, inside and out, and perform treatment. I would definitely recommend him to family and friends that require pest control services.
Jacob was very friendly, knowledgeable and detailed. Great service!!! Highly recommended!!!
Saul is very professional and thorough. I am very satisfied with how he performs his services.
Connor did an amazing job! He listened to everything we had to say and really focused on the problems we were having. We had another pest control company before, and they would always leave webs in the bushes and miss things around the yard. Since switching to TruBug, we’ve noticed a big difference in the service.…
Aaron did a great job and was very friendly. He was very thorough with dusting the webs outside which is something my other pest control lacked.
Updated 6/24/2026 — Robert was the tech. We have now had TruBug for almost a full year. We continue to be very pleased. We have noticed that we have substantially less spiders than we used to. Especially grateful that we have gotten the black widow population well controlled :shudder: Probably only 1 complaint and…
Aaron did a great job!
