Tech Aaron provided a through service. He spent over 40 minutes inspecting, de webbing the whole house and yard.
The sale and the service u actually get is so different...i was told i was getting upgrades and they pointed out all the things that needed to ve treated. 3weeks later and my is situation so worse. Very kind and good service. I’ve already seen so many dead bugs which are thankfully not in my house.
So far we have had a good experience with the techs that have serviced our property. One of TruBug’s sales pitch points was, if we see any bug activity in between services, to give them a call and they will come out and take care of it. We exercised that this week and sure enough, they were able to get us on the schedule within a couple of days.
