Rodolfo and Jake come to the rescue! After being initially denied of a roof replacement by insurance, these experts came and gave a thorough roof inspection that lead to the claim being paid! I cannot thank True Force enough for their professionalism and diligence. True Force just gained a lifelong customer!
My parents were so thankful for their prompt service and the look of their roof. Being out of state made it difficult for me to find someone for them who was trustworthy but they exceeded me expectations!! They answered all my questions and even gave me references to back it up.
Roger and his team were absolutely fantastic. Communication was clear and consistent, they finished sooner than expected, and the cleanup exceeded our expectations. Our new roof looks and feels amazing. Overall, it was a wonderful experience - highly recommend!
The whole entire TrueForce team was amazing. Excellent customer service, the crew was super nice and efficient, and my roof is gorgeous now. Jake came out and did the survey for me and explained the whole process and had a quote ready for me right there and then. The office kept me updated the entire time while…
Couldn’t have had a better experience with Supervisor Shamar and crew lead Daniel. They went above and beyond to make sure the project was taken care of in every way possible. Shamar spent both days leading from the front on the roof with the crew making sure all rot was taken care of and every step was taken to…
This was the best experience I think I could have hoped for. Starting with Jake estimating the job, Kelsey with constant updates to the customer portal, Nate (supervisor) texting constant updates and Eric's Crew working hard. All came together to get it done fast and efficient! Thanks to all!
Chose True Force because I knew Derek King and new he was a standup guy. But dealing with all his people was great. Starting with Jake Williams who walked me through project and costs and finishing with James Shannon who lead the crew on the day of install. Great people, great service, great result.
This roof replacement was a great experience . Manny the site supervisor kept me informed every step of the way. Also my salesman Matt Scott was available if I had any questions about any pricing changes or charges . Alfredo’s crew was exceptional. Very polite , considerate of my property, worked diligently for…
I recently came upon my first time of dealing with an issue with my roof. A tree limb fell and busted a hole through it. My house was built in the 1950’s, which also brings old house issues. Some things that I was looking for, watching, and generally noticed during my process of finding a roofing company: Locally…
Great education pre-job, great communication throughout the process, great accessibility, frequent and regular updates, (including in process photographs), total willingness to correct any issues. My issues were minor and quickly remedied. I would use True Force again.
Several representatives from roofing companies had come by prior to our meeting Team Goga (Christy & Dave) from True Force Roofing. How fortunate that Done Wright, the company owned by our house painter, Jerry Wright, referred them to us. Christy & Dave were genuinely warm and personable, discussing our needs with…
I recently had the roof on my garage repaired/replaced by True Force Roofing, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. The foreman, Manny, was fantastic—professional, communicative, and kept us informed every step of the way. The quality of the work was excellent, and the whole process was smooth from start to…
The most incredible experience with any company I have done business with. Professional, polite, cared about and protected my house and surroundings just to name a few of the really great things about them. If only other companies would mimic their attitude, life would be much better.
Went with True Force for both new roof and new gutters on our 70s fixer upper first home. Awesome work. Decent price. Great communication. Started a day ahead of schedule - Definitely recommend. Special thanks to Matt!
If I could think of better words than excellent and outstanding, I would use them to describe my experience with True Force Roofing. From start to finish. Justin Odom was the sales rep and he was immediately responsive to my request for an estimate/bid. He was prompt about setting the appointment and showed up…
Explained everything and kept us informed about the situation
True Force was nothing but professional. From the first phone I made all way to the finished roof, everyone communicated with me and was nice as can be. I am beyond happy with the service they provided and can't wait to get the rest of my roofing projects done by True Force.
Go team Goga! Dave and Christy are the greatest, very friendly but professional . They came the same day I called and showed up on time. They did not only delivered the best service but were thoughtful enough to do it out of kindness. I will definitely recommend team Goga to anyone who needs roofing service. They are the best choice 💯
I am the buildings and grounds coordinator for Westminster Presbyterian Church. A few months ago, one of the trees on our property came down and destroyed a portion of our roof. The congregation and friends tarped it, but we didn't know what to do after that. I called a good friend who owned a painting company…
