I love the chestnut valley color with secondary water barrier underneath! I am very Happy with timeliness of the work and quality!
Thank you to Jose and his crew. The crew worked hard and long hours and the clean up each day was outstanding. Would recommend Jose and his crew to any one needing a new roof.
True Force did a fantastic job! If I ever need anything done with my roof again I know who I'm calling. From the front end to conpletion Rodolfo, Crystal, Nick, Nathaniel, Chris, Bianca, and Roger (not to mention his crew), were helpful, professional, and left with a beautiful roof! Definitely go with these guys next time you need roof work!
My parents were so thankful for their prompt service and the look of their roof. Being out of state made it difficult for me to find someone for them who was trustworthy but they exceeded me expectations!! They answered all my questions and even gave me references to back it up.
Really excellent communication and quality of workmanship. A great experience with Scott, Roger, John and the team.
Highly recommended. Ausin and the office staff, Bianca, were always very kind and explained all the procedures clearly from the very beginning. We requested several quotes from different roofing companies, and TrueForce gave us the most confidence, which is why we decided to go with them. Jose and his crew installed…
The whole entire TrueForce team was amazing. Excellent customer service, the crew was super nice and efficient, and my roof is gorgeous now. Jake came out and did the survey for me and explained the whole process and had a quote ready for me right there and then. The office kept me updated the entire time while…
Great roofing job & cleanup!
This company is FANTAsTIc!! You can’t go wrong… the whole experience was great. Rodolfo and Jakob came out to give us an estimate and explain every minute detail to my dad and I. They were totally honest and admitted that his roof had a couple but years of life but also understood the need due to insurance…
Garry and his 2 man crew were exceptional. They trim the tree that was over my roof and replaced the gutter shields that were blown off. Austin the sales manager was professional. His follow up and willingness to answer any question and explained what was going on with the roof helped. He did not try to pressure me into a roof replacement.
True Force just completed my re-roofing project and did a fantastic job. We got quotes from several contractors and True Force was the lowest, even though their reviews were excellent and they came recommended by several of our neighbors. They were able to schedule the job within a 1.5 weeks of me getting approval…
Recommend these guys to my friends and family
Nathaniel, Eric, and the whole team did an excellent job.
A large fallen tree damaged my roof and a couple of trusses. The repair is remarkable. I couldn't be happier with the service, professionalism, thoroughness and level of communication! Matt Scott and his team were amazing - Matt insisted on being present when my insurance appraiser came on site so that nothing was overlooked. Really terrific company!
Chose True Force because I knew Derek King and new he was a standup guy. But dealing with all his people was great. Starting with Jake Williams who walked me through project and costs and finishing with James Shannon who lead the crew on the day of install. Great people, great service, great result.
I highly recommend True Force. We had a giant oak tree fall on our house that damaged our relatively new metal roof and totally demolished our front porch. Dalton the salesman came out quickly and gave us a great bid for the repairs. Chazz coordinated everything and it was all done quickly and very professionally.…
Great experience with True Force Roofing from - estimator (Jake), to roof installation supervisor (Nate) to the roofing crew chief (Eric). I had 3 quotes, and True Force was the only one that would replace flashing, and underlayment, shingle (GAF timberliine HDZ) and would provide a wind warranty ( no maximum wind…
I recently came upon my first time of dealing with an issue with my roof. A tree limb fell and busted a hole through it. My house was built in the 1950’s, which also brings old house issues. Some things that I was looking for, watching, and generally noticed during my process of finding a roofing company: Locally…
This company is amazing. Made an after hours repair on my leaking roof. Very responsive and reliable.
The team the guys sent were amazing they were clean. They did not mess up anything in my yard. They were very courteous and polite. The work was outstanding. I feel that totally went above and beyond my roof looks amazing. I am very pleased my husband and I love true force, thank you Matt Kevin and Keith. They are…
Incredibly nice people with a great business sense. Helpful, very competent, and genuinely interested in doing whatever is needed. I highly recommend them. You won't be disappointed.
We did encounter issues during the roof process. However, after the issues were resolved they did a terrific job. Definitely recommend using this company. All questions and any concerns we had were met. Great job
We were in the process of getting roofing estimates and tangling with our insurance company. We had reached out to four well known companies. One day I was sitting on my porch and Justin Odom drives up, tipped off by our neighbor that we were looking for a quality roofer. I liked many things Justin said and felt he…
The most amazing experience with a Roofer. First time using this company. Very prompt and service was outstanding. Will refer them to all!
Awesome! Found my problem and fixed what they could and referred me to the people who can fix the rest all for no charge! Prompt, efficient and competent. BTW Dave and Christy….a very handsome couple! I will definitely be calling them for my gutters.
Justin Odom has truly been an awesome person to work with. Constant communication and genuine advice to help. Will definitely be recommending others just due to him.
I contact Team Goga at True Force Roofing and they were at my fiancées by 3 o’clock the same day . Dave searched in the upstairs and attic and determined my leak was coming through upstairs windows that need attention
First off let me start here I would give this guy 10 stars...but I can't. Derek is by far one of the best people I have worked with as far as any sort of roofer contractor etc. I reached our to him after I was blown off by 3 other roofers. I had damage from two hurricanes that caused leaks. Derek showed up on time,…
Derek and his team are very professional. We are very grateful and we recommend it 100%.
He was the best person I ever met.
Very professional from the first on site consultation (which he, Derek, got on the roof and inspected, didn’t just look from the yard) to the very quick new roof installation. Took two days flat. His crew that came out both days were super friendly, efficient, honest- told us we didn’t need to replace any wood…
I am the buildings and grounds coordinator for Westminster Presbyterian Church. A few months ago, one of the trees on our property came down and destroyed a portion of our roof. The congregation and friends tarped it, but we didn't know what to do after that. I called a good friend who owned a painting company…
