I had an absolutely amazing experience with Truly Nolen Pest Control! Dominic, the inspector, and Hugo, the technician, were both exceptional. They were incredibly knowledgeable, professional, kind, and respectful throughout the entire process. They took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of my…
We’ve been using Truly Nolan for years and will continue. Their staff is always responsive and thorough, much more so than any other pest control service I used in the past. If problem isn’t gone within a few days, they come back to take care of it and check back in to make sure I’m satisfied. Gage is our regular…
Alec, Dominique, and Hugo have done a fabulous job at my house trying to get ahead of the rodent problem. They have made numerous trips out here over these last two or three months. They are always very patient and very professional and have definitely made a big dent and we think we are just about to get ahead of…
Prompt and professional
Great service and excellent communication
Great service by very nice people.
Gage and Hugo did a fantastic job today during my home’s pest treatment. I was having some pest issues in my office and they were extremely thorough by looking at all the baseboards and made suggestions on how to keep the annoying pests away. But they didn’t stop there; they looked at all the baseboards and under…
Our rep., whose name was, I believe, RC (a former military member) was friendly, responsive, knowledeable, great on follow-up, and professional.
We had flea and rodent problems. Robert came out to assess problem. Hugo and Anna arrived on time in a few days to service our home. The entire team was great and they did a fantastic job. It is rare today for any company to provide customer service but this company is a true exception.
They have done a great job so far.
We’ve been using Truly Nolen pest control service and couldn't be happier. Our technician Justin is always prompt, friendly, and incredibly thorough. Since he started treating our property, we haven't seen a single bug! Highly recommend!
RC was my initial point of contact. Very nice and respectful. Hugo came to my rescue upon removing rodents from my home. He sensed my fears and always made me feel confident that I would be ok. He asked me if I wanted to step out while he removed a rat and game me a minute to be completely removed from the house.…
I never know when they will be coming back to check traps...I have to ask! It would be great if that was part of the inspection report! Today, 5/22, don't know when they are coming back.
Get service. Quick and efficient.
Ed has been wonderful. By far the most professional pest control person that we have seen. We genuinely felt he cared about us the customer and not just our rodent situation. He was also very knowledgeable and explained things to us where we could understand and feel comfortable!
Ana is outstanding. Very competent. Good job ☺️
Ed , Hugo and Trevor came out to my home and did an amazing job I’ve been with other pest control companies but never had a company have techs come out and display and educate me on my home. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for pest control. They communicate well and arrived in a timely manner. Awesome group of guys !!
This company is definitely a good one, they know what to look for and how to treat everything! Ed and Justin did an amazing job treating my home they didn’t miss a single detail. The customer service was outstanding, and I will definitely be recommending this business to anyone in need of treatment. Thank you all so much!!
I am a repeat customer. Restarted service today. Had been a customer 13 years ago for 1 year & was very satisfied with the end results of their work back then. Unfortunately , my attic had become home for a tree rat problem! Today,The Technician, Eric, that came to my home was very thorough & diligent in all the…
Justin has been so helpful in ridding our home of pests. The entire Truly Nolen staff has been helpful with tips on securing our home as well, couldn’t recommend more!
Excellent service on both of my properties.
Came and sprayed. Let the spray residue run down the front door and got all over the key code padlock. Wasps nest were knocked down and left around the perimeter of the house. No scrubbing of the nest residue to prevent future nesting. Left insulation on the floor that was tracked from the attic back into the house.…
Ana went above and beyond today! We had a dead possum wedged between our fence and the neighbor’s fence — not exactly an easy situation. Without hesitation, Ana climbed up onto the carport roof, carefully shimmied the possum to where she could reach it, and removed it quickly and safely. She handled everything with…
Ana M. was absolutely great!!!! She was friendly courteous and very professional!
I had Nolan come out for a rat infestation in my attic. Robert was very informative on what needed to be done!! They came Saturday and sealed all the holes that they could be getting in and set out traps in the attic. I feel very confident they will resolve the issue !!
